Ishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme pa vullnetin e opozit\u00ebs dhe depozitimin e k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr Komisionin Zgjedhor q\u00eb Reforma Zgjedhore t\u00eb nisi sa m\u00eb par\u00eb.
