Halli m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb ka sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsia jon\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit ishalla jo edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit \u00ebsht\u00eb pandemia. Ne dalim nga situata n\u00ebse jemi t\u00eb zot\u00eb e t\u00eb kemi kurajon p\u00ebr ca reforma, por ne k\u00ebshtu arnojm\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem\u201d, tha Shehi.<\/p>",
