Prej 7 prillit t\u00eb vitit 1939 e deri m\u00eb 29 n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 1944, Shqip\u00ebria kishte qen\u00eb e pushtuar nga Italia fashiste dhe pas kapitullimit t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1943, Shqip\u00ebria pushtohet nga forcat gjermane. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb n\u00ebntorit 1944, pas \u00c7lirimit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, m\u00eb 17 n\u00ebntor dhe pjes\u00ebs kryesore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, mbetej te \u00e7lirohej qyteti i Shkodr\u00ebs dhe qarku i tij.
