Sti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ky tender u shty disa her\u00eb brenda nj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kompanit\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse t\u00eb skualifikoheshin derisa at\u00eb ta fitonte kompania \u201cD&amp;E\u201d me pronar biznesmenin Ismail Kadiu.<\/p>\n<p>Ka tre shkelje n\u00eb lidhje me procesin e tenderit, shkelja e par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer nga zyrtar\u00ebt n\u00eb lidhje me procesin e tenderit.
