        "rendered": "<p>Kryetarja e Komisionit Zgjedhor n\u00eb PD, Albana Vokshi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb komunikim me mediat zbuloi si ka shkuar deri tani procesi p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e kreut t\u00eb ri t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj force politike, ku garojn\u00eb Sali Berisha dhe Ibsen Elezi.<\/p>\n<p>Vokshi tha se n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha qendrat e votimit ka pasur nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme, nd\u00ebrsa e pyetur p\u00ebr numrin e sakt\u00eb t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, nuk dha nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr konkrete.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas saj, procesi \u00ebsht\u00eb referuar te nj\u00eb list\u00eb e 2019-t\u00ebs, por q\u00eb jan\u00eb lejuar t\u00eb votojn\u00eb edhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb me karta t\u00eb vjetra, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb pre e p\u00ebrjashtimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Albana Vokshi: Jan\u00eb 108 qendra t\u00eb hapura n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, po vijon normalisht n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, ka nj\u00eb interes t\u00eb lart\u00eb, por menaxhimi i fluksit ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb. Do t\u00eb doja t\u00eb informoja publikun p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen, deri tani n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin kan\u00eb votuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 14 mij\u00eb persona.<\/p>\n<p>Ne ju kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se lista q\u00eb ne kemi punuar \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e 2019, akush nuk e di sa \u00ebsht\u00eb numri real i an\u00ebtar\u00ebve n\u00eb PD, pasi n\u00eb referendumin e dhjetorit dhe n\u00eb primare, jan\u00eb paraqitur an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb PD q\u00eb kan\u00eb votuar me karta.
