P\u00ebrtej p\u00ebrkufizimit filozofik, ai supozohet si nj\u00eb grup rregullash, me t\u00eb cilat udh\u00ebhiqet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme nj\u00eb komunitet i caktuar. K\u00ebto rregulla mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb sjellje, t\u00eb menduari apo gjykuari, t\u00eb cilat me kalimin e koh\u00ebs konsolidohen n\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrveprimit n\u00eb komunitet. T\u00eb dy k\u00ebto element\u00eb, morali dhe e drejta, shoq\u00ebria njer\u00ebzore i ka pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ligjit, nj\u00ebri n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e perceptimit e tjetra n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e sanksionit. Duke anashkaluar debatin n\u00ebse k\u00ebto norma lind\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara feve monoteiste, apo m\u00eb pas ligjet e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie mbrojn\u00eb parimet morale q\u00eb ajo i konsideron si t\u00eb drejta. K\u00ebshtu parimet universale \u201ct\u00eb mos vras\u00ebsh\u201d, \u201ct\u00eb mos vjedh\u00ebsh\u201d, \u201ct\u00eb mos flas\u00ebsh keq\u201d n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb moderne gjenden ose n\u00eb librat e shenjt\u00eb ose n\u00eb kodet penale.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi i t\u00eb par\u00ebve nga t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt q\u00ebndron n\u00eb faktin se librat e shenjt\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb masa nd\u00ebshkimi t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, por kan\u00eb sipas Dantes parajs\u00ebn, ferrin apo purgatorin, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt nd\u00ebshkojn\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote, sa her\u00eb individi apo shoq\u00ebria rreket t\u2019i shkel\u00eb ato. T\u00eb parat ngjizen n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e komunitetit dhe mbarten me fanatiz\u00ebm dhe forc\u00eb zakoni. T\u00eb dytat varen nga shkalla e civilizimit t\u00eb komunitetit dhe raportit q\u00eb individi ka midis moralit dhe s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs. Nga k\u00ebtu, n\u00ebse ligjet shkelen, shkelen edhe morali dhe parimet e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs. E akoma m\u00eb tej, n\u00ebse nj\u00eb sistem drejt\u00ebsie nuk funksionon do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb ajo shoq\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb anarki t\u00eb plot\u00eb e mbi t\u00eb gjitha n\u00eb nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb morale me veten e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Ka disa vite k\u00ebsaj ane, q\u00eb diskutohet fort\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eb reformim t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm \u201cdeux ex machina\u201d po v\u00eb n\u00eb funksionim ingranazhet e nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb ndryshkur p\u00ebrpara mosdrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. P\u00ebrse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamundur vullneti shoq\u00ebror p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur nj\u00eb sistem drejt\u00ebsie, por me leht\u00ebsi i delegohet klas\u00ebs politike? Duke ditur faktin q\u00eb kjo e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb e par\u00eb e mend\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vet\u00eb komunitetit, problemi q\u00ebndron kund tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb kriz\u00ebn e fort\u00eb midis moralit dhe s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs q\u00eb ka shoq\u00ebria shqiptare. Duhet pranuar fakti se gjykimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kaq kaotik, sa nuk ka nj\u00eb bosht moral n\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ajo kund\u00ebrshton apo pranon si t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Aq e fort\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo kriz\u00eb sa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavend pyetja: v\u00ebrtet e duan drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri? N\u00ebse po, cili \u00ebsht\u00eb koncepti i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt? Raporti i moralit me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nis minimalisht nga ajo q\u00eb quhet nd\u00ebrgjegje qytetare.<\/p>\n<p>CILA \u00cbSHT\u00cb ND\u00cbRGJEGJJA QYTETARE?<\/p>\n<p>Kan\u00eb kaluar disa dekada pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe panorama politike sheh ekzakt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat probleme t\u00eb qeverisjes, t\u00eb arroganc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb korrupsionit. E vetmja gj\u00eb n\u00eb ndryshim jan\u00eb masat q\u00eb i ndjekin, diku p\u00ebr nj\u00eb faktor demografik e diku tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrotacion servilizmi. Parimet q\u00eb udh\u00ebheqin klasat drejtuese jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta: nepotizmi, mashtrimi dhe \u201cshp\u00eblarja\u201d e trurit, askush nuk pyet p\u00ebr moralin, sepse edhe vet\u00eb masat e kan\u00eb humbur at\u00eb, ato nuk din\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb duan. Cilin parim t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs mbrojn\u00eb ato masa q\u00eb ul\u00ebrijn\u00eb, \u00e7irren, qajn\u00eb e ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb ekstaz\u00eb emocionale p\u00ebr grupim politik, q\u00eb ka vjedhur e mashtron?<\/p>\n<p>Protagonist\u00eb dhe dash\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj katrahure jan\u00eb vet\u00eb ata, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjith\u00eb diferenc\u00ebn midis s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb padrejt\u00ebs e shohin te ndryshimi i karrigeve dhe jo te parimet e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb moralit q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb komunitet dhe q\u00eb organizmi politik lypset t\u2019i p\u00ebrshtatet. A besohet se drejt\u00ebsia do t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm duke ndryshuar aktor\u00ebt dhe jo parimet? Pa dyshim q\u00eb jo, e megjithat\u00eb nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar politik mund t\u00eb kund\u00ebrargumentoj\u00eb me shum\u00eb baza pse nj\u00eb qeverisje nuk shkon mir\u00eb, por sapo merr pushtetin b\u00ebn t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ka kritikuar m\u00eb par\u00eb. Teatrot e klithmave dhe p\u00ebrbetimeve jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e aktrimeve politik\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat ndiqen me ngadh\u00ebnjim nga ata q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb gjykim dhe ata q\u00eb iu duhen prap\u00eb xhepat plot pa u lodhur. P\u00ebr cil\u00ebn drejt\u00ebsi dhe parim moral luftojn\u00eb? Ato t\u00eb barabarta me kund\u00ebrshtarin po me kah t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt?<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, shp\u00ebrfaqet nd\u00ebrgjegjja qytetare n\u00eb lidhje me kultur\u00ebn civile n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Edhe k\u00ebtu parimi mbetet i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjja qytetare nuk niset nga vetja, por nga tjetri. Moralizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb tejet bind\u00ebs n\u00eb kritik\u00eb, por kur situata duhet t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb autokritik\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pesh\u00eb, e cila v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb e pamundur, t\u00eb mbartet n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn ton\u00eb sociale. Vet\u00ebm shahet dhe b\u00ebrtitet, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, por askush nuk lufton p\u00ebr nj\u00eb princip n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon. Cilin parim t\u00eb moralit mbrojn\u00eb ato masa q\u00eb shohin me or\u00eb pafund pa\u00e7avure televizive, q\u00eb nisin nga sharjet e p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb te dhuna? Cilin parim t\u00eb moralit mbrojn\u00eb ato masa q\u00eb idhujt e tyre i kan\u00eb krijuar nga muskujt, vithet dhe buz\u00ebt e q\u00eb duan t\u2019i imitojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u pasuruar n\u00eb koh\u00eb rekord?<\/p>\n<p>Dikush me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb do thoshte se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri antipodet jet\u00eb-vdekje jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb bashk\u00eb, p\u00ebr aq sa askush nuk klith\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar vdekjen. Kjo e fundit ngrihet n\u00eb piedestal dhimbje p\u00ebr dy dit\u00eb, e m\u00eb pas t\u00eb gjith\u00eb presin lajmin e radh\u00ebs, kontingjentet jan\u00eb plot\u00eb ngado t\u00eb hedh\u00ebsh syt\u00eb. Mjafton t\u00eb drejtosh nj\u00eb makin\u00eb e t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh bekimin e Pap\u00ebs, t\u00eb mos ndodhesh n\u00eb vendin e gabuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e gabuar, se vdekja \u00ebsht\u00eb aty, mballomat e kuajve dhe syt\u00eb magjike nuk shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb asgj\u00eb. Paraja e padjersitur q\u00eb i b\u00ebn karshill\u00ebk barkut bosh, \u00ebsht\u00eb investuar n\u00eb makina dhe jahte luksoze q\u00eb voziten nga djem baballar\u00ebsh me pushtet politik, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb te policia p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos t\u00ebrhequr patentat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb stresuar nga p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelja dhe rehati. Masat aty jan\u00eb dhe shohin, asgj\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb sepse jan\u00eb t\u00eb ekzaltuar nga jahti i \u2018X\u2019, ose makina e \u2018Y\u2019, ose shoqja me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn b\u00ebn nj\u00eb xhiro me motor\u00eb uji, e mbuluar vet\u00ebm me gjalm\u00eb n\u00eb trupin gdhendur me mjesht\u00ebri nga doktori \u2018Z\u2019, e cila mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb apo imiton idhullin televiziv t\u00eb radh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Por kur ndodh ajo, gj\u00ebma, aty fillon gjith\u00eb kronika e vdekjes s\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar, a thua se duan m\u00eb shum\u00eb vdekjen se jet\u00ebn (!), motor\u00ebt e nd\u00ebrgjegjes ndizen n\u00eb kulm, ul\u00ebrin dhe indinjohet p\u00ebr vlera humane shoq\u00ebria hipokrite dhe frikacake, e cila i k\u00ebrkon edhe llogari zotit pse nuk ishte. E megjithat\u00eb, edhe k\u00ebtu prap\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare ka nj\u00eb valvul \u00e7liruese p\u00ebr kobin, pasi ajo edhe vdekjen e sheh politike. Po, po, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka vdekje t\u00eb majta dhe t\u00eb djathta, ose ato q\u00eb shkakton e majta ose ato q\u00eb shkakton e djathta. Per\u00ebndi\u2026, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend edhe vdekja manipulohet politikisht, sepse nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb n\u00eb thelb ka mbetur pagan, nuk ka forc\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i hap\u00eb mendjen e t\u00eb shoh\u00eb se nj\u00eb engj\u00ebll iku nga kjo bot\u00eb sepse \u00e7do vdekje \u00ebsht\u00eb e padrejt\u00eb, por q\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk e pranojn\u00eb ndofta vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb lumnisht besojn\u00eb n\u00eb bib\u00ebl a kuran.<\/p>\n<p>CILA \u00cbSHT\u00cb ND\u00cbRGJEGJJA E KLAS\u00cbS POLITIKE?<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pasqyra m\u00eb evidente e nd\u00ebrgjegjes qytetare q\u00eb e ka zgjedhur dhe e mban n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte ndryshe (!). Megjithat\u00eb, a do dal\u00eb vall\u00eb nj\u00eb burr\u00eb shteti n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komb, q\u00eb me kok\u00ebn ulur e me dor\u00ebn n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb thot\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb her\u00eb \u201cm\u00eb falni\u201d!?. Politika mbetet po ajo sojz\u00ebs e majt\u00eb apo e djatht\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e mortit nuk k\u00ebrkon kurr\u00eb falje nga G\u00ebrdeci n\u00eb Himar\u00eb, por me arroganc\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb erzin dhe mbuloj\u00eb turpin me mburrje e mendjemadh\u00ebsi. Nuk ka nj\u00eb mendje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb t\u00eb besoj\u00eb se vrasja e nj\u00eb f\u00ebmije \u00ebsht\u00eb politike, por nuk ka asnj\u00eb moral q\u00eb t\u00eb justifikoj\u00eb kryene\u00e7\u00ebsin\u00eb, mosp\u00ebrgjunien p\u00ebrpara dhimbjes, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuarit falje edhe vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr neglizhenc\u00ebn e strukturave t\u00eb shtetit. E nj\u00ebjta sken\u00eb tash e tridhjet\u00eb vjet, jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb n\u00eb veri e n\u00eb jug, n\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb majta e t\u00eb djathta e prap\u00eb morali i mbrapsht\u00eb nuk njeh asnj\u00eb \u201cm\u00eb fal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vendin pa moral politik edhe vdekja trazohet deri n\u00eb shp\u00ebrfytyrim duke p\u00ebrdorur marioneta gazetar\u00ebsh q\u00eb pa bosht po aq moral dhe njer\u00ebzor justifikojn\u00eb vrasjen \u201csocialiste\u201d apo \u201cdemokrate\u201d. Sa turp! Ka pas ky vend nj\u00eb kod moral e juridik, e ka edhe sot, quhet Kanun, por edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorim p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar vrasjet e pafe\u2019 q\u00eb b\u00ebhen \u00e7do dit\u00eb, jo p\u00ebr burr\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe nderin si shtylla morale q\u00eb mbajt\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri pa shtet, por q\u00eb ndofta politikan\u00ebt e kan\u00eb harruar sa edhe vet\u00eb zotin. Nd\u00ebrgjegjja e klas\u00ebs politike njeh vet\u00ebm paran\u00eb si lajtmotiv dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e \u00e7do gj\u00ebje p\u00ebr interesa pushteti, e kur volitet edhe vdekjen qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ngush\u00eblluar apo qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr ta mallkuar.<\/p>\n<p>Rrethi i mbyllur i fajit \u00ebsht\u00eb si \u201cqeni q\u00eb ha bishtin e vet\u201d, nj\u00eb proverb ky p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk ka ecje p\u00ebrpara ajo shoq\u00ebri e p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim, kur v\u00ebrtitet kot rreth vetes s\u00eb saj. Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, e cila mb\u00ebshtet nj\u00eb kast\u00eb politike si instrumentin m\u00eb t\u00eb favorsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur interesat personale, \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq e pamoralshme dhe nuk ka as principe, as bot\u00ebkuptim t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb e aq m\u00eb pak dhimbje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb humbur. Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, e cila mb\u00ebshtet nj\u00eb kast\u00eb politike e kujtdo krahu qoft\u00eb dhe problemin nuk e sheh te vetja, por b\u00ebn \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr ta larguar p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe fajin, ka n\u00eb disfavor faktorin koh\u00eb.
