Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 2010-2022, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb arsimin parauniversitar ran\u00eb me 37%, nd\u00ebrsa numri i m\u00ebsuesve mbeti i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00ebnia e raportit nx\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr m\u00ebsues nuk e ka p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb arsim, pasi n\u00eb 7 vitet e fundit nuk ka asnj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs ekselent n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare, nd\u00ebrsa rezultatet e provimeve t\u00eb matur\u00ebs ishin me ulje n\u00eb vitin 2022. M\u00ebsuesit rr\u00ebfejn\u00eb se emigracioni, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se po ul numrin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, po krijon nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsi q\u00eb ka zbehur interesin p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimet. Sfidat dhe risit\u00eb e vitit t\u00eb ri akademik.<\/p>\n<p>Numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb arsimin parauniversitar ka r\u00ebn\u00eb me 37% nga viti 2010 n\u00eb 2022, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb numri i m\u00ebsuesve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb cik\u00ebl ka mbetur i pandryshuar, me rreth 36 mij\u00eb, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave zyrtare nga Ministria e Arsimit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i raportit nx\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr m\u00ebsues nga m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 20 n\u00eb vitet 2000, n\u00eb rreth 13 aktualisht, duhet t\u00eb \u00e7onte n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb rezultateve t\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria ka investuar miliarda lek\u00eb n\u00eb logjistik\u00eb dhe kurrikula gjat\u00eb dekad\u00ebs, por e kund\u00ebrta ka ndodhur.<\/p>\n<p>Nga viti n\u00eb vit, numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb mir\u00eb po bie me shpejt\u00ebsi, ata me nivel mesatar jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dob\u00ebtit po mbizot\u00ebrojn\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Problematikat e rr\u00ebnjosura n\u00eb arsim po p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohen vit pas viti me tranzicionin demografik. Shkollat n\u00eb qarqe po vuajn\u00eb braktisjen q\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin 9-vjecar prej emigracionit n\u00eb nivele alarmante, teksa mungesa e infrastruktur\u00ebs shkollore e b\u00ebn t\u00eb pamundur zbatimin e kurrikul\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Qendra e Sh\u00ebrbimeve Arsimore (QSHA), n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebri p\u00ebr rezultatet e matur\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebr vitin 2021, raportoi se, nota mesatare n\u00eb provimin e matur\u00ebs sh\u00ebnoi r\u00ebnie prej 0.46 pik\u00eb n\u00eb krahasim me vitin 2020. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat nga QSHA tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb 8 vite nuk kemi asnj\u00eb maturant me rezultate ekselente si gjat\u00eb viteve, ashtu n\u00eb provimet e matur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Krahas problematikave t\u00eb mbartura, ky vit i ri shkollor po sfidohet nga kriza e energjis\u00eb elektrike q\u00eb do t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e ftohta, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb qarqe, r\u00ebnia masive e numrit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve rrezikon t\u00eb mbyll\u00eb qindra shkolla dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb paarritsh\u00ebm m\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbeturit.<\/p>\n<p>Besmir Muslia, nj\u00eb m\u00ebsues i ri q\u00eb e ka pasion m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer n\u00eb vendlindje, n\u00eb nj\u00ebsin\u00eb administrative t\u00eb Malziut n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, shpjegoi se zbatimi i kurrikul\u00ebs n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb kompetencave \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamundur n\u00eb Qarkun e Kuk\u00ebsit sepse infrastruktura shkollore ka mungesa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb nga pajisjet m\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshta e deri te kompjuter\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, qarku po p\u00ebrballet me emigracionin masiv t\u00eb moshave t\u00eb reja drejt Britanis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe. Modelet q\u00eb sjell emigracioni me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb shpejta, po b\u00ebhen m\u00eb konkurruese se sa fitimet q\u00eb mund t\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb arsim i mir\u00eb, shpjegoi ai.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNj\u00eb arsim problematik dhe jo cil\u00ebsor, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kuk\u00ebsin, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kombin shqiptar. Nj\u00eb arsim q\u00eb nuk ofron kushtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb i till\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb b\u00ebhet irritues p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsin, i pad\u00ebshiruesh\u00ebm, pa interes.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk t\u00eb ofron mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitesh p\u00ebr studimet universitare, t\u00eb diplomohesh dhe t\u00eb gjesh nj\u00eb pun\u00eb. K\u00ebtij realiteti m\u00eb pas i shtohet edhe tregu i pun\u00ebs, i cili nuk u ofron nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve mund\u00ebsi pun\u00ebsimi, n\u00ebse ata marrin vendimin t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb studimet e larta. Duke par\u00eb t\u00eb papun\u00ebt, por edhe ata q\u00eb nga pamund\u00ebsit\u00eb e gjithanshme q\u00eb t\u00eb ofron Kuk\u00ebsi, kan\u00eb ikur n\u00eb emigracion\u201d shpjegoi m\u00ebsuesi Muslia.<\/p>\n<p>Ministria e Arsimit, nga ana e saj, shpjegoi se viti i ri shkollor nis me risi. L\u00ebnda e TIK do t\u00eb shtohet p\u00ebr klasat e para. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cSMART LAB\u201d, ngritja e laborator\u00ebve informatik\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb teknologjie t\u00eb fundit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb 100 shkolla t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Sh\u00ebrbimi psiko-social do t\u00eb ket\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit edhe 235 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur m\u00eb tej cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb ofruar. Projekti \u201cB\u00ebjm\u00eb Detyrat e Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb\u201d zgjerohet edhe n\u00eb 150 shkolla t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb pran\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe familjeve t\u00eb tyre, duke i mb\u00ebshtetur nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, shpjegoi m\u00eb tej Ministria.<\/p>\n<p>Por eksperti i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve arsimore, Ndri\u00e7im Mehmeti, tha se edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vit t\u00eb ri shkollor, mbetet nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb e madhe zvog\u00eblimi i numrit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar, rritja e numrit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb klasa kolektive, braktisja e p\u00ebrkohshme apo e p\u00ebrhershme e shkoll\u00ebs, mungesa e mjeteve didaktike, mjediseve arg\u00ebtuese e sportive.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmeti tha se, jo vet\u00ebm m\u00ebsuesit, por edhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb demotivuar. \u201cM\u00ebsuesit shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pag\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit thjesht se duhet t\u00eb justifikojn\u00eb faktin se jan\u00eb diku dhe shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb streha m\u00eb e mir\u00eb. M\u00ebsuesit tan\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb keqpaguar, n\u00ebn trysni dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebrthyer nga nj\u00eb drejtim shkolle, thell\u00ebsisht politik dhe n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn d\u00ebrmuese t\u00eb paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00ebn q\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb besuar\u201d, shtoi ai.<\/p>\n<p>Emigracioni zbraz shkollat<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb tranzicionit deri n\u00eb 1994-1995, regjistroheshin n\u00eb klas\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb rreth 77 mij\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb vit. Por nga viti n\u00eb vit, ky num\u00ebr ka r\u00ebn\u00eb me shpejt\u00ebsi prej emigracionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe r\u00ebnies s\u00eb lindshm\u00ebris\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb vit shkollor pritet t\u00eb nisin klas\u00ebn e par\u00eb vet\u00ebm 29 mij\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb, 2.6 her\u00eb m\u00eb pak se para dy dekadash.<\/p>\n<p>Ekspert\u00ebt e arsimit pohuan se ky num\u00ebr do t\u00eb ishte edhe m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt, n\u00ebse Ministria e Arsimit nuk do t\u00eb kishte ulur kriteret e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb pranimit n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e par\u00eb. N\u00eb raport me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, regjistrimet n\u00eb klas\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar r\u00ebnie me rreth 3%.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00ebnia shihet t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e fort\u00eb p\u00ebr shkollat e mesme. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Arsimit, q\u00eb u referohen rezultateve paraprake, jan\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e 10 rreth 28 mij\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin akademik 2022-2023, nga rreth 31 mij\u00eb vitin kaluar akademik, me r\u00ebnie gati 9%. R\u00ebnia m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb grupmosh\u00eb, ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash, vjen prej emigracionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve minoren\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb INSTAT tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin 2021, n\u00eb arsimin 9-vje\u00e7ar ishin t\u00eb regjistruar 278 mij\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, me nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie vjetore 3%, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb 10 vjet, r\u00ebnia ishte 34%. Po sipas INSTAT, vitin e kaluar akademik ishin t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb arsimin e mes\u00ebm rreth 103 mij\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs me nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie vjetore 4.1% dhe 31% m\u00eb pak se n\u00eb vitin 2020. Rezultatet finale t\u00eb regjistrimeve pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunohen n\u00eb fund t\u00eb muajit shtator, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb regjistrimeve me disa raunde n\u00eb e-albania k\u00ebt\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemi arsimor parauniversitar po preket r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga flukset e larta t\u00eb emigracionit n\u00eb mosha t\u00eb reja. N\u00eb vitin 2021 u regjistrua dhe niveli m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i t\u00eb larguarve neto nga vendi n\u00eb nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb, me gati 33 mij\u00eb persona q\u00eb ik\u00ebn pa kthim. Ritmet e ikjes u p\u00ebrshpejtuan ndjesh\u00ebm pas frenimit n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pandemis\u00eb, n\u00eb 2020-n.<\/p>\n<p>Popullsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb filloi t\u00eb ulet q\u00eb nga viti 1990, si pasoj\u00eb e emigracionit masiv. INSTAT vler\u00ebson se gjat\u00eb viteve 2011-2021 emigruan mesatarisht 42 mij\u00eb persona \u00e7do vit. Sipas anketave t\u00eb INSTAT, arsyet kryesore p\u00ebr emigracionin kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, arsim dhe kujdes sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor. Grupmosha e popullsis\u00eb 0-14 vje\u00e7 ka r\u00ebn\u00eb nga 21,6% n\u00eb vitin 2011 n\u00eb 16,3% n\u00eb 2022.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 emigracionit, sistemi arsimor n\u00eb qarqe \u00ebsht\u00eb ndikuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb edhe nga migrimi i brendsh\u00ebm. Zhvendosja e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Rajonin e Qendr\u00ebs ka ulur numrin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb qarqe dhe ka rritur numrin e klasave kolektive, t\u00eb cilat cenojn\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e nx\u00ebnies.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare tregojn\u00eb se m\u00eb 1 janar 2022 rezulton q\u00eb rreth nj\u00eb e treta e popullsis\u00eb jeton n\u00eb Qarkun e Tiran\u00ebs, qarku m\u00eb i populluar n\u00eb vend, ndjekur nga qarqet e Durr\u00ebsit dhe Fierit, me rreth 10% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb secili.<\/p>\n<p>Qarku i Gjirokastr\u00ebs ka p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, me rreth 2,0% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, ndjekur nga Qarku i Kuk\u00ebsit, i cili ka 2,6% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. Vet\u00ebm Qarku i Tiran\u00ebs ka sh\u00ebnuan rritje t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2021-2022.<\/p>\n<p>Emigracioni zbeh interesin p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsues Besmiri, nj\u00eb idealist i profesionit t\u00eb tij, \u00e7do dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme me mend\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar rreth emigracionit si profesion. Ai ka ushtruar m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien n\u00eb disa shkolla t\u00eb qarkut, aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn 9-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb fshatit Dukagjin nga m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetrat n\u00eb qark.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEmigracioni i lart\u00eb i kuksian\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm, i matsh\u00ebm, i ndjesh\u00ebm. Fenomeni i emigracionit nga f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs p\u00ebr arsim parauniversitar, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm. Ata emigrojn\u00eb, bir\u00ebsohen nga familje apo prind\u00ebr anglez\u00eb, ose q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasaport\u00eb angleze, dhe monitorohen nga ato dhe shteti anglez.<\/p>\n<p>Por fenomeni m\u00eb shqet\u00ebsues, p\u00ebr mendimin tim, q\u00eb po p\u00ebrjeton sot arsimi universitar, \u00ebsht\u00eb humbja e interesit nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr arsimin dhe arsimimin e tyre, dhe futja te nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e konceptit t\u00eb emigracionit n\u00eb shkolla, duke u diskutuar masivisht dhe me pasion nga ato\u201d, \u2013 shpjegoi Besmiri.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb kuksian\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Britanin\u00eb e Madhe jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb model t\u00eb fitimeve t\u00eb shpejta. K\u00ebta shembuj po demotivojn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, q\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00ebnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb t\u00eb largohen sa m\u00eb shpejt n\u00eb Britani dhe jo t\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb profesione t\u00eb tjera n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet arsimit. Emigrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb mend\u00ebsi, sipas m\u00ebsuesit, dhe m\u00eb e keqja, sipas tij, gjendet n\u00eb faktin se tani po largohen n\u00ebnat me f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl dhe familje t\u00eb grupuara n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shtigjeve t\u00eb reja me gomone drejt Britanis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Emigracioni dhe shkolla jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb rreth vicioz. T\u00eb rinj nga zonat rurale po braktisin fshatrat, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb arsimore, nd\u00ebrsa vet\u00eb shkollat d\u00ebmtohen m\u00eb tej nga mungesa e numrit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. N\u00eb Markaj t\u00eb Tropoj\u00ebs, shkolla 9-vje\u00e7are u mbyll pasi kishte nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb ciklin 9-vje\u00e7ar nga rreth 250 t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 1990. Shpopullimi i vendit ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha edhe n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb vendit. Bizneset n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb po ngren\u00eb alarmin se konsumi po bie, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb r\u00ebnies s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Rritet diferenca e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb arsimore qytet-fshat<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb zhvillimeve demografike dhe munges\u00ebs s\u00eb investimeve, diferencat arsimore qytet-fshat jan\u00eb rritur. Qendra Arsimore Shqiptare vler\u00ebsoi se, p\u00ebr matur\u00ebn 2021, arritjet mesatare t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb qytetit jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, kundrejt arritjeve mesatare t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb fshatit. Mesatarja e pik\u00ebve t\u00eb fituara nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e qytetit rezulton t\u00eb jet\u00eb rreth 3.47 pik\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb fshatit. <\/p>\n<p>Diferenca prej 3.47 pik\u00ebsh n\u00eb mesataren e pik\u00ebve pasqyrohet edhe n\u00eb diferenc\u00ebn q\u00eb ekziston mes dy kategorive n\u00eb not\u00ebn mesatare t\u00eb matur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Analiza tregon se pik\u00ebt e fituara n\u00eb teste ishin mbi vler\u00ebn e mesatares komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, Vlor\u00eb, Himar\u00eb, Tiran\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr, Shijak, Pustec, Has, Delvin\u00eb, Konispol, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Teksa kishin pik\u00eb n\u00ebn mesatare n\u00eb teste Vau i Dej\u00ebs, Klosi, Skrapari, Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe, Bulqiza, Patosi, Belshi, etj. Eksperti Mehmeti tha se, Ministria e Arsimit nuk ka asnj\u00eb plan t\u00eb detajuar p\u00ebr reformimin e kurrikul\u00ebs, pasi nuk ka asnj\u00eb studim me arritjet dhe mang\u00ebsit\u00eb e kurrikul\u00ebs anglo-saksone q\u00eb nisi t\u00eb zbatohet pas vitit 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Ministria e Arsimit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb posa\u00e7me, ka gjetur v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb adoptimin e kurrikul\u00ebs p\u00ebr arsye se, edukimi universitar i m\u00ebsuesve ende nuk gjen p\u00ebrshtatje me k\u00ebt\u00eb metod\u00eb t\u00eb re. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, kurrikula e re ka n\u00eb themel informatizimin e shkollave, t\u00eb cilat sot e k\u00ebsaj dite nuk e kan\u00eb t\u00eb mundur k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsuesi Muslia tha se, sfida edhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit shkollor \u00ebsht\u00eb pamund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr zbatimin e kurrikul\u00ebs s\u00eb re, me baz\u00eb kompetencash, pasi mjediset shkollore nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe bashk\u00ebkohore.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArsimi n\u00eb Qarkun e Kuk\u00ebsit p\u00ebr sa u p\u00ebrket mjediseve, e them me plot goj\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebrmadh\u00eb e madhe. Mjediset e shkollave nuk plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kushtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb organizuar or\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore, sipas p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb kurrikul\u00ebs s\u00eb re. Por mjediset n\u00eb shkollat e Kuk\u00ebsit, sidomos atyre n\u00eb nj\u00ebsit\u00eb administrative, jan\u00eb skandaloze\u201d, \u2013 tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ministria e Arsimit zbardh 9 risit\u00eb e k\u00ebtij viti shkollor<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb sqarim t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u201cMonitor\u201d, Ministria e Arsimit njoftoi 9 risi q\u00eb do t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb fillimin e k\u00ebtij viti shkollor n\u00eb arsimin parauniversitar si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>1- Abetarja e re p\u00ebr klasat e para, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Kosov\u00eb e Diaspor\u00eb, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit do t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb me Abetaren e P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Unike.<\/p>\n<p>2- L\u00ebnda e TIK do t\u00eb shtohet p\u00ebr klasat e para. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cSMART LAB\u201d, ngritja e laborator\u00ebve informatik\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb teknologjie t\u00eb fundit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb 100 shkolla t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>3- Sh\u00ebrbimi psiko-social do t\u00eb ket\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit edhe 235 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur m\u00eb tej cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb ofruar.<\/p>\n<p>4- K\u00ebt\u00eb vit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe 250 m\u00ebsues ndihm\u00ebs m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt me aft\u00ebsi ndryshe. Q\u00eb ata t\u00eb zhvillohen m\u00eb mir\u00eb nga ana intelektuale dhe t\u00eb integrohen sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>5- 70 oficer\u00eb sigurie m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb gjimnaze, por edhe n\u00eb shkolla 9-vje\u00e7are, ku ka num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish.<\/p>\n<p>6- Projekti \u201cB\u00ebjm\u00eb Detyrat e Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb\u201d zgjerohet edhe n\u00eb 150 shkolla t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb pran\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe familjeve t\u00eb tyre, duke i mb\u00ebshtetur nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>7- Bibliotekat e shum\u00eb shkollave do t\u00eb pasurohen me libra.<\/p>\n<p>8- K\u00ebt\u00eb vit do t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb klasa sportive n\u00eb 6 disiplina, futboll, basketboll, volejboll, atletik\u00eb, gjimnastik\u00eb dhe tenis.
