Vjet, sipas tij, \u00e7mimet minimale t\u00eb apartamenteve me qira 1+1 nisnin nga 200 euro.<\/p>\n<p>Leka pohon se rritja e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb qiras\u00eb p\u00ebr pronat ekonomike varion nga 30 deri n\u00eb 100 euro. \u201cEdhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vit ka nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr apartamente me buxhete t\u00eb vogla, e cila dominohet nga student\u00ebt dhe familjar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi financiare t\u00eb blejn\u00eb apartament\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Leka shton se rritja e \u00e7mimeve k\u00ebt\u00eb vit \u00ebsht\u00eb ndikuar m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nga cil\u00ebsia e nd\u00ebrtimit dhe mobilimi i apartamentit, sesa nga vendndodhja.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemi pasur prona 2+1 n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u2018Jordan Misja\u2019 (pran\u00eb Burgut 313) q\u00eb jan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar me qira mujore 1,000 euro. Cil\u00ebsia e punimeve dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht mobilimi po luajn\u00eb rolin kryesor te \u00e7mimi. K\u00ebto prona me qira t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb merren kryesisht nga shtetas t\u00eb huaj q\u00eb disponojn\u00eb buxhet 2,000 deri n\u00eb 4,000 euro vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr qiran\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Konkretisht, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb agjencis\u00eb \u201cCentury 21 CPM Smart\u201d, zonat si ish-Blloku, Tirana e Re, Rruga e Elbasanit, pran\u00eb stadiumit \u201cAir Albania\u201d konsiderohen m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjtat n\u00eb kryeqytet, ku \u00e7mimi minimal i qiras\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb apartament 1+1 n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimet e reja varion nga 700 deri n\u00eb 1,100 euro, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr apartamentet 2+1 dhe 3+1, \u00e7mimet variojn\u00eb nga 1,200 deri n\u00eb 2,000 euro.<\/p>\n<p>Konkretisht b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr prona me vendndodhje t\u00eb arritshme n\u00eb larg\u00ebsi me qendr\u00ebn pa makin\u00eb, si dhe ofrojn\u00eb parkim, ashensor, mobilim bashk\u00ebkohor dhe pozicion t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb pallatit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7mimet e apartamenteve me mobilim ekonomik apo bosh n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimet e reja te k\u00ebto zona variojn\u00eb nga 700 deri n\u00eb 800 euro. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr apartamentet 2+1, \u00e7mimet variojn\u00eb nga 350 deri n\u00eb 420 euro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>CEO dhe themeluesi i agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb pasurive t\u00eb patundshme \u201cFuture Home\u201d, Fatjon Hysenbelliu, tha p\u00ebr \u201cMonitor\u201d se krahasuar me vjet, \u00e7mimet e qirave t\u00eb apartamenteve jan\u00eb rritur 100 euro m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb agjencis\u00eb \u201cFuture Home\u201d, n\u00eb vitin 2021, \u00e7mimi i qiras\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb apartamenti 1+1 n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e ish-Bllokut ishte 500 euro, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebt\u00eb vit \u00ebsht\u00eb 600 euro n\u00eb muaj. Edhe n\u00eb zonat e tjera ka pasur rritje \u00e7mimesh. N\u00eb Rrug\u00ebn e Elbasanit, vitin e kaluar, apartamentet 1+1 jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb me qira 400 euro.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2022, \u00e7mimi \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur 25%. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn rritje kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar edhe \u00e7mimet e qirave pran\u00eb Stadiumit Dinamo dhe n\u00eb \u201cKomun\u00ebn e Parisit\u201d. Edhe n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e \u201cDon Boskos\u201d, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb agjencis\u00eb, \u00e7mimet e qirave p\u00ebr apartamentet 1+1 jan\u00eb rritur me 25%.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb zonat e periferis\u00eb si \u201cKinostudio\u201d dhe \u201cFresku\u201d, rritja e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb qiras\u00eb varion nga 20 deri n\u00eb 25% m\u00eb shum\u00eb krahasuar me vjet.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr qira nga t\u00eb huajt dhe student\u00ebt po nxit rritjen e \u00e7mimeve<\/p>\n<p>Aktor\u00eb t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme thon\u00eb se arsyeja e rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa e lart\u00eb.
