Ne gjithashtu duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrballeshim<br \/>\nkufizimet kohore t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb. Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebtyre, ne ishim t\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur sukses dhe e dinim se mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteteshim n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb stafit t\u00eb ICTP. N\u00ebn drejtimin e tyre, u njoha mir\u00eb me konceptet kryesore teorike n\u00eb Radioterapi, Mjek\u00ebsi B\u00ebrthamore, Radiologji, MRI, dhe mbrojtje nga radio.<\/p>\n<p>Kur m&#8217;u dha zgjedhja midis specializimit n\u00eb mjek\u00ebsia b\u00ebrthamore, radiologjia dhe radioterapia, zgjodha kjo e fundit, dhe n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundova n\u00eb departamentin e radioterapis\u00eb n\u00eb &#8220;Santa Maria Annunziata&#8221; spital n\u00eb Firence. P\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb pun\u00ebn rutin\u00eb klinike m\u00eb prezantoi me shum\u00eb probleme shum\u00eb specifike dhe prandaj komplimentoi portofolin e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb studimeve t\u00eb organizuar nga universiteti. Deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vendosjes sime, un\u00eb fitova p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme n\u00eb sigurimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, dozimetrin\u00eb, dozimetrin\u00eb in vivo dhe planifikimin e trajtimit klinik, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur disa!<\/p>\n<p>Studimi arriti kulmin me tez\u00ebn time, &#8220;Dozimetria e fush\u00ebs s\u00eb vog\u00ebl me detektorin scintilator t\u00eb gjenerat\u00ebs s\u00eb re Exradin W2&#8221;, e cila s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb publikohet si punim. Aft\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb kam zhvilluar p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrvoje u v\u00ebrtetuan t\u00eb jet\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn time pas diplomimit si nj\u00eb studiues. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rol do t\u00eb vazhdoj t\u00eb punoj me timin<br \/>\nmbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebsit dhe m\u00ebsuesit.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, dua t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend pun\u00ebn q\u00eb eshte b\u00ebre n\u00eb \u00e7do spital n\u00eb rrjet. Mjek\u00ebt<br \/>\nfizikant\u00ebt me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kemi punuar na trajtuan t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb dhe<br \/>\nme dinjitet. Mund t\u00eb them sinqerisht se ato jan\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebsi<br \/>\nsuksesi yn\u00eb nes\u00ebr. Un\u00eb kam qen\u00eb shum\u00eb e motivuar gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij kursi, dhe ishte nj\u00eb<br \/>\np\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr mua.
