Institucion i cili ka kaluar me dhjet\u00ebra vendime t\u00eb lobuara nga krimi dhe grupet kriminale. Institucion i cili ka bllokuar t\u00eb gjitha nismat me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare. Me q\u00ebndrimet e tij jo q\u00eb nuk i sh\u00ebrben integrimit, por i sh\u00ebrben dezintegrimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb BE dhe e l\u00eb n\u00eb vend num\u00ebro. \u00cbsht\u00eb institucion i cili si\u00e7 e d\u00ebgjuat p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb p\u00ebrligj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka antikushtetuese, antiligjore t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb krimet e saj\u201d, tha Berisha.<\/p>",
