{"id":396727,"date":"2023-11-18T13:56:53","date_gmt":"2023-11-18T12:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zjarr.tv\/?p=396727"},"modified":"2023-11-18T13:56:53","modified_gmt":"2023-11-18T12:56:53","slug":"pak-filozofi-mbi-sofizmin-publik-te-kryerilindasit-diktator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zjarr.tv\/en\/pak-filozofi-mbi-sofizmin-publik-te-kryerilindasit-diktator\/","title":{"rendered":"Pak filozofi mbi sofizmin publik t\u00eb kryerilindasit diktator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Ndri\u00e7im Kulla<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKush e dashuron dialogun g\u00ebzohet t\u00eb zbulohet n\u00eb gabim\u201d, thot\u00eb Sokrati disa her\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr dialog\u00ebt e Platonit, duke \u201cparap\u00eblqyer t\u00eb hidhet posht\u00eb ose t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohet n\u00ebp\u00ebr opinione, se sa t\u00eb hedh\u00eb posht\u00eb ose t\u00eb rr\u00ebzoj\u00eb opinionet e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7lirohet nga nj\u00eb e keqe m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa t\u00eb \u00e7liroj\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt prej saj\u201d.  <\/p>\n<p>Kush, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb nj\u00eb dialogu, mbetet ende n\u00eb pozicionet fillestare, del prej tij po ai q\u00eb ishte; kurse, ai q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb korrigjohet, del i p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar dhe i barr\u00eb-hequr prej gabimit.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb virtyti i ep\u00ebrm i \u00e7dokujt q\u00eb e ka v\u00ebrtet p\u00ebr zem\u00ebr ruajtjen e shpirtit t\u00eb dialogut sidomos n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn e   politik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nuk reagojm\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, por n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, e konsiderojm\u00eb nj\u00eb humbje, madje nj\u00eb posht\u00ebrim, qen\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb kapurit n\u00eb gabim.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, n\u00ebse virtyti i ep\u00ebrm sokratik nuk trajtohet aspak si nj\u00eb nder, at\u00ebher\u00eb jemi shum\u00eb larg e krejt\u00ebsisht jasht\u00eb prej korniz\u00ebs s\u00eb parimeve e shpirtit t\u00eb dialogut, e l\u00ebm\u00eb veten n\u00ebn sundimin e krenaris\u00eb, mendjemadh\u00ebsis\u00eb , kot\u00ebsis\u00eb, delirit dhe manis\u00eb, t\u00eb gjitha gj\u00ebra k\u00ebto q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb aspak me etik\u00ebn e demokracis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e fundit, p\u00ebrkundrazi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem jete sipas t\u00eb cilit kush e mendon ndryshe nga ne nuk nevojitet thjesht\u00ebsisht t\u00eb durohet (si\u00e7 b\u00ebhet zakonisht me sken\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs son\u00eb politike e madje dhe publike e shoq\u00ebrore shqiptare ),  por duhet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet e nderohet lart\u00ebsisht. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mesazhi i madh i filozofis\u00eb politike p\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit dhe qeveris\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat dialogu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar p\u00ebrpara reformat e thella q\u00eb na presin.<\/p>\n<p>Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb k\u00ebtu nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7muarjen dhe respektimin e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Suksesi i dialogut dhe ballafaqimit \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe n\u00eb interesin e \u00e7dokujt q\u00eb merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb. Pasi, ashtu si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Hana Arendt, \u201caskush m\u00eb vete dhe pa shok\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb ta njoh\u00eb bot\u00ebn ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb, t\u00eb shoh\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb objektive, pasi atij ajo i shfaqet sipas nj\u00eb perspektive unike e cila b\u00ebhet e kuptueshme vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse   arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb flasin e debatojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb lirin\u00eb e t\u00eb dialoguarit e kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb maksim\u00eb fort\u00ebsisht e dobishme n\u00eb \u00e7do fush\u00eb, \u201cbota mund t\u00eb kuptohet n\u00eb  objektivitetin e saj t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Zagrebelsky n\u00eb \u201cDekalogun\u201de tij   vendos nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjestim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb midis numrit t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb njohura e t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb diskutimin politik t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi, dhe shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e fundit, duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb e bazuar tek dialogu, n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb edhe mjeti q\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur k\u00ebt\u00eb dialog, pra fjal\u00ebt, t\u00eb jet\u00eb objekt i nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesjeje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, madje t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb, si nga ana sasiore ashtu dhe nga ajo cil\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Simbolikisht, pak fjal\u00eb, pak ide, pak mund\u00ebsi, n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb pak demokraci. Sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb jen\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb publik, sa m\u00eb i pasur diskursi dhe debate politik, aq m\u00eb e gjall\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb demokracia.<\/p>\n<p>Po n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb analoge, kur gjuha jon\u00eb tkurret deri n\u00eb shqiptimin e fjal\u00ebve pohuese ose mohuese, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb argumentit dhe n\u00ebn diktatin e mbres\u00ebs  ,interesit dhe pushtetit demokracia anon drejt zvetnimit; nd\u00ebrsa aq m\u00eb keq, n\u00ebse p\u00ebrgjigjet tona jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm pohuese, e k\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshijm\u00eb edhe heshtjen q\u00eb n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve i l\u00eb vendin pohimit, at\u00ebher\u00eb gjendja e njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebrafrohet me at\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb grigje q\u00eb ka vendosur ve\u00e7 t\u2019i bindet padronit.<\/p>\n<p>A nuk  i ngjan ky raport strukturor i  Partis\u00eb Socialiste t\u00eb sotme me liderin e saj?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Barbiana-s, si\u00e7 citon autori, Don Milani m\u00ebson se \u201ckomandon ai q\u00eb njeh sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb, nj\u00eblloj si llafazan\u00ebt apo si sofist\u00ebt\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb  ky autokrati q\u00eb sot drejton Partin\u00eb Socialiste e q\u00eb dhunon dhe  shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare?! Sepse dialogu, q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i till\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb egalitar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse dikush di vet\u00ebm t\u00eb flas\u00eb ose i njeh fjal\u00ebt m\u00eb mir\u00eb se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, kjo nuk rezulton edhe n\u00eb \u201clogosin\u201d m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, personin, pra, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i zoti me fjal\u00ebt, si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e sofist\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebtimet e gjata dhe t\u00eb bukura stilistikisht t\u00eb kryeministrit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm pseudo-rilindas, por edhe t\u00eb mjaft \u201cpseudove\u201d t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb i vijn\u00eb pas atij, gjuha e tyre e zgjedhur me art dhe dredhi, po e vuan   k\u00ebt\u00eb sindrom\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme t\u00eb sofizmit, pasi n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve fjal\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb bukura jan\u00eb shuplakosur nga realiteti krejt\u00ebsisht i ndrysh\u00ebm i gj\u00ebrave.<\/p>\n<p>Krahaso ekonomin\u00eb, demokracin\u00eb, kultur\u00ebn, arsimin, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb  e sotme si jan\u00eb n\u00eb realitet n\u00eb raport me at\u00eb  q\u00eb pohon kryerilindasi.<\/p>\n<p>Si \u00ebsht\u00eb qeverisja e sotme n\u00eb raport me krimin dhe korrupsionin shtet\u00ebror?
