Dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm fillimi i sezonit\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trafiku \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb surpriz\u00eb e hidhur edhe p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shpesh kur ikin p\u00ebr n\u00eb Aeroportin e Rinasit rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb humbin avionin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb forume t\u00eb ndryshme, ata shprehin shqet\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt urbane t\u00eb ngarkuara, gjendjen e rrug\u00ebve dyt\u00ebsore, sinjalistik\u00ebs s\u00eb dob\u00ebt, munges\u00ebs s\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00eb, transportit publik, me autobus\u00ebt e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ngarkuar e pa kondicioner dhe oraret dhe stacionet q\u00eb gjenden me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvillimi m\u00eb pozitiv q\u00eb ka par\u00eb ekonomia shqiptare vitet e fundit. Interesi p\u00ebr vendin u rrit q\u00eb para pandemis\u00eb dhe erdhi duke u shtuar vitet e fundit. N\u00eb 2024-n, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri u sh\u00ebnua nj\u00eb hyrje rekord prej 11.7 milion\u00eb shtetasish t\u00eb huaj, nga 5 milion\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb vit pritet q\u00eb numri i tyre t\u00eb rritet me t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 10%. Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb magnet p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt e nxitur si nga larmia e elementeve natyrore, kulturore e historike, ashtu dhe \u00e7mimet e lira t\u00eb akomodimit dhe t\u00eb bareve e restoranteve, duke konkurruar n\u00eb Mesdhe, teksa Kroacia, Greqia, Spanja po b\u00ebhen gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb po ndien gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb pasojat e emigrimit, turizmi jo vet\u00ebm ishte nj\u00eb amortizator i konsumit t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb nga vendasit, por dhe po nxit nj\u00eb zinxhir biznesesh, q\u00eb nga zinxhir\u00ebt e njohur t\u00eb hoteleris\u00eb, taksit\u00eb, makinat me qira, suveniret e shum\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se vet\u00ebm n\u00eb tre muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, t\u00eb huajt shpenzuan nj\u00eb rekord prej 874 milion\u00eb eurosh n\u00eb vend, me rritje 11% me baz\u00eb vjetore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qeveria ka deklaruar dhe ambiciet e saj q\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2030, numri i hyrjeve t\u00eb t\u00eb huajve t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 30 milion\u00eb. Vendi po t\u00ebrheq dhe projekte elitare, si ai i zhvillimit t\u00eb ishullit t\u00eb Sazanit, apo nd\u00ebrtimi i hoteleve me 5 yje n\u00eb vilat qeveritare n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb e Velipoj\u00eb, krahas investimeve t\u00eb shumta private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagjinoni nj\u00eb turist elitar q\u00eb nga Aeroporti i Rinasit deri n\u00eb projektin elitar n\u00eb Velipoj\u00eb duhet t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb mbi dy or\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I gjith\u00eb ky potencial p\u00ebr zhvillimin e turizmit n\u00eb vend rrezikon t\u00eb mbetet peng i infrastruktur\u00ebs. Dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se fondet kan\u00eb munguar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave tregojn\u00eb se dy vitet e fundit (2023 dhe 2024) jan\u00eb investuar p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt rreth 800 milion\u00eb euro, kryesisht nga fondet e brendshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto investimeve, q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti u p\u00ebrqendruan n\u00eb Jug, nuk kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb zgjidhin ng\u00ebr\u00e7in e infrastruktur\u00ebs n\u00eb nyjet kryesore t\u00eb vendit, si\u00e7 po tregon dhe ky sezon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe nj\u00eb raport i fundit i OECD-s\u00eb p\u00ebr procesin e konvergjenc\u00ebs n\u00eb BE e rendit Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebr infrastruktur\u00ebn nga 6 vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, duke cituar se transporti hekurudhor \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse jasht\u00eb funksioni, me investime t\u00eb pakta dhe p\u00ebrdorim minimal, si dhe rrjetet rrugore kan\u00eb mbetur prapa standardeve t\u00eb rajonit, sidomos n\u00eb zonat rurale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur turizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga shtyllat kryesore t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb shqiptare, cil\u00ebsia e infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore dhe organizimi i trafikut mbeten pengesa t\u00eb dukshme q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e vizitor\u00ebve dhe, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, reputacionin e destinacionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transporti publik, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb luaj\u00eb rolin e nj\u00eb zgjidhjeje miq\u00ebsore me mjedisin dhe t\u00eb ulte kostot p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt, sot ofron pak m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se nj\u00eb rrjet minibusi t\u00eb parregullt, me orare t\u00eb paqarta dhe mjete q\u00eb nuk plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb as standardet minimale t\u00eb rehatis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa nj\u00eb riorganizim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm \u2014 q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin mir\u00ebmbajtjen sistematike t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve, instalimin e nj\u00eb sinjalistike gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe zhvillimin e linjave urbane e nd\u00ebrqytetase me mjete moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa nj\u00eb plan t\u00eb qart\u00eb komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr infrastruktur\u00ebn dhe transportin publik, me afate konkrete dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb mir\u00ebp\u00ebrcaktuara, vendi rrezikon t\u00eb humbas\u00eb reputacionin dhe avantazhin natyror dhe kulturor q\u00eb ka fituar si destinacion n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb, infrastruktura nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje komoditeti, por testi i madh i aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur ritmin e turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa rrug\u00eb funksionale, transport publik dinjitoz dhe organizim modern, Shqip\u00ebria rrezikon q\u00eb fluksi i turist\u00ebve t\u00eb kthehet nga bekim n\u00eb barr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rrug\u00ebt q\u00eb sot duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb korridore zhvillimi, po rrezikojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pengesa, t\u00eb cilat e zbehin imazhin e nj\u00eb vendi q\u00eb premton shum\u00eb, por nuk arrin ta p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb dot pritshm\u00ebrin\u00eb.\/\u00a0<strong>MONITOR<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kushdo q\u00eb ka provuar t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb n\u00eb bregdet fundjavat e fundit, me siguri \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cpenduar\u201d p\u00ebr zgjedhjen q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb.
