Nuk ka paguar qira q\u00eb prej 2017!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prej dit\u00ebsh, televizioni News24 ka\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb transmetimin, pas nj\u00eb &#8220;konflikti&#8221; mes pronarit dhe shtetit lidhur me kontratat e qirave.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrata e qiras\u00eb p\u00ebr News24 ka p\u00ebrfunduar, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb pretendimi i medias&nbsp;\u00ebsht\u00eb se nj\u00eb prej objekteve e ka kontrat\u00ebn deri n\u00eb vitin 2033, por edhe ai \u00ebsht\u00eb bllokuar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb pretendim, ka reaguar Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb, e cila b\u00ebn me dije se\u00a0kjo shoq\u00ebri nuk ka paguar qira dhe kamatvonesat shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e 2 milion\u00eb eurove, ndaj kontrata\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reagimi i plot\u00eb i MEKI:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb deklarat\u00ebs publike mbi pasurit\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore pran\u00eb ish-Uzin\u00ebs s\u00eb Pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb K\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb Automjeteve, si dhe interesit t\u00eb shtuar p\u00ebr informacion rreth dallimit mes pronave t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Kayo sh.a. dhe pron\u00ebs 10\/304 t\u00eb pretenduar nga Shoq\u00ebria Panaroma Group sh.a., Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb, Kultur\u00ebs dhe Inovacionit (MEKI) b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb sqarim vijues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pasuria me nr. kadastral 10\/304 (n\u00eb administrim t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjes Industriale Nr. 1) \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, e ndryshme dhe pa asnj\u00eb lidhje juridike apo faktike me pasurit\u00eb e kaluara shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Kayo sh.a. me VKM nr. 158, dat\u00eb 12.3.2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. P\u00ebr pasurin\u00eb 10\/304, me sip\u00ebrfaqe 13,922 m2, subjekti qiramarr\u00ebs ka mosshlyerje t\u00eb detyrimeve prej muajit shkurt 2017. Sipas akteve financiare t\u00eb dosjes administrative, detyrimi i pashlyer i faturuar deri n\u00eb shtator 2021 arrin n\u00eb shum\u00ebn 88,305,280 lek\u00eb (qira) dhe 2,562,310 lek\u00eb (kamat\u00ebvonesa). Meqen\u00ebse pagesat nuk kan\u00eb vijuar pas k\u00ebsaj date, detyrimet vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb rriten dhe aktualisht p\u00ebrllogariten mbi 2 milion\u00eb euro; shuma p\u00ebrfundimtare do t\u00eb formalizohet pas rifreskimit t\u00eb llogaritjeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2021, pal\u00ebs i \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar zyrtarisht nd\u00ebrprerja e kontrat\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre detyrimeve t\u00eb papaguara. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushte detyrimet dhe t\u00eb dor\u00ebzonte pasurin\u00eb, subjekti ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb masa sigurimi dhe padi me q\u00ebllim pengimin e ekzekutimit t\u00eb detyrimeve t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs, duke vijuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb prej vitesh pa kund\u00ebrshp\u00ebrblim nj\u00eb pasuri publike. Kjo sjellje \u00ebsht\u00eb e padrejt\u00eb dhe e paligjshme, duke c\u00ebnuar parimin e trajtimit t\u00eb barabart\u00eb dhe duke ngarkuar barr\u00eb t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb mbi taksapaguesit, poashtu edhe mbi punonj\u00ebsit q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen para ligjit p\u00ebr ndjekjen, monitorimin dhe respektimin e kontratave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MEKI vepron me kujdes institucional dhe respekt t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e medias dhe t\u00eb shprehjes. Por k\u00ebto t\u00eb drejta nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren si justifikim ose si mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar padrejt\u00ebsisht pron\u00ebn publike dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur shlyerjen e detyrimeve kontraktuale.
