Deputeti socialist Erion Bra\u00e7e ka shprehur shqet\u00ebsimin e tij p\u00ebr votimin e ndryshimeve n\u00eb Kodin penal gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs maraton\u00eb t\u00eb parlamentit, teksa ka l\u00ebn\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb koment p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e SPAK ndaj Kuvendit p\u00ebr heqjen e imunitetit t\u00eb zv\/kryeministres Belinda Balluku dhe shtyrjes s\u00eb mbledhjes s\u00eb sotme (28 janar) t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Imuniteteve, me pretendimin se pritet vendimi i Kushtetueses mbi pezullimin nga detyra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ligjv\u00ebn\u00ebsi socialist tha se ai nuk b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb te K\u00ebshilli i Imuniteteve, pasi interesi i tij m\u00eb shum\u00eb jan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet ekonomike, por ndau mendimin se \u201cp\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn hetim nga SPAK, zv\/kryeministrja nuk ka imunitet\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNuk ka imunitet sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb duke u hetuar \u00ebsht\u00eb pa imunitet. \u00cbsht\u00eb ngritur nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, po hetohet dhe prezumohet e pafajshme deri nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs, se n\u00eb Kuvend \u00e7far\u00eb nuk d\u00ebgjova.
