Inspektori i Lart\u00eb i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ka konfirmuar zyrtarisht marrjen dhe regjistrimin e ankes\u00ebs s\u00eb paraqitur prej nesh, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se \u00e7\u00ebshtja do t\u00eb shqyrtohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb shkres\u00ebn zyrtare t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 25 maj 2026, ILD njofton se ankesa \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar dhe do t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet procedurave t\u00eb verifikimit dhe shqyrtimit sipas parashikimeve ligjore. Institucioni garanton gjithashtu se ankuesi do t\u00eb njoftohet p\u00ebr \u00e7do vendimmarrje q\u00eb do t\u00eb merret gjat\u00eb procesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ky zhvillim p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm procedural, pasi konfirmon se pretendimet e ngritura nuk jan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb pa v\u00ebmendje, por jan\u00eb futur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn institucionale t\u00eb shqyrtimit nga organi kompetent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
