Ligji nuk u n\u00ebnshkrua nga presidenti Gjorgje Ivanov dhe p\u00ebr muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb mbeti n\u00eb sirtar\u00ebt e kryetarit t\u00eb parlamentit, Talat Xhaferi, e cili e d\u00ebrgoi mbr\u00ebm\u00eb p\u00ebr botim.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtuesit e \u201cGazet\u00ebs zyrtare\u201d than\u00eb se publikimi i ligjit b\u00ebhet sipas Nenin 52\/2 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Partia maqedonase e opozit\u00ebs VMRO-DPMNE, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoi drejtorin e Gazet\u00ebs Zyrtare, Martin Kostovski se mund t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet me burg p\u00ebr \u201cvep\u00ebr penale\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti Kostovski u p\u00ebrgjigj se \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb njollosur Gazet\u00ebn Zyrtare do t\u00eb denoncohet n\u00eb organet gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb bashku me ligjin e gjuh\u00ebve, zoti Xhaferi d\u00ebrgoi p\u00ebr botim edhe ligjin e fundit p\u00ebr ndryshimet kushtetuese &#8211; ndryshimin e emrit t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedonia e Veriut.<\/p>\n<p>Ligji thekson se \u201cgjuh\u00eb zyrtare n\u00eb Maqedoni \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuha maqedonase dhe shkrimi i saj cirilik\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nenin e dyt\u00eb thuhet: \u201cKrahas maqedonishtes, gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr zyrtare \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe gjuha t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e flasin s\u00eb paku 20 p\u00ebrqind e popullat\u00ebs dhe alfabeti i saj\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ka shkaktuar debate prej muajsh n\u00ebse gjuha shqipe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjuh\u00eb e dyt\u00eb zyrtare n\u00eb Maqedoni apo vet\u00ebm zgjerohet p\u00ebrdorimi i saj.
