Arritjen e madhe t\u00eb heqjes s\u00eb imunitetit ju doni ta fusni sot n\u00eb rregullore. Imuniteti \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr nga Kushtetuta n\u00eb vitin 2012. Ky parlament \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur me krimin. Ju tregoni me k\u00ebt\u00eb se deri ku ka shkuar frika juaj. \u00cbsht\u00eb turp i madh.<\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00a0<\/em>\u201d- tha Alibeaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 24.0pt;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 22.5pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: #18191a\">Sakaq, Ulsi Manja u shpreh ky propozim po shqyrtohet n\u00eb Komisionin e Ligjeve, pasi K\u00ebshilli i Legjislacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb bllokuar nga opozita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 24.0pt;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 22.5pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: #18191a\">\u201cRregullorja duhet t\u00eb ishte miratuar n\u00eb sesionin e vjesht\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 2018, por bojkoti i opozit\u00ebs b\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb bllokohen edhe K\u00ebshilli i Mandateve i cili drejtohej p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb nga opozita\u201d, tha Manja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 24.0pt;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 22.5pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: #18191a\">Taulant Balla u shpreh gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij se \u201dK\u00ebto ndryshime nuk miratohen pa konsensusin e opozit\u00ebs. Nuk b\u00ebjm\u00eb habin\u00eb q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Kuvendi n\u00eb vitin 2010 ku miratonte pa konsensus.
