Hekuri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb komponent ky\u00e7 q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn hemoglobin\u00ebn dhe mungesa e tij vler\u00ebsohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 50% t\u00eb anemis\u00eb n\u00eb rang global.<\/p>\n<p>Shkaqe t\u00eb tjera e anemis\u00eb jan\u00eb kequshqyerja, infeksionet dhe trash\u00ebgimia gjenetike etj. Anemia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim serioz p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, sepse mund t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb zhvillimin dhe t\u00eb rris\u00eb ekspozimin ndaj s\u00ebmundjeve, sidomos atyre ngjit\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Anketa gjeti se nj\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr (25%) f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 6-49 muajsh jan\u00eb anemike, pasi hemoglobina ishte n\u00ebn norm\u00eb. Rreth 17% e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve u evidentuan me anemi t\u00eb but\u00eb, 7% jan\u00eb anemike t\u00eb moderuar dhe m\u00eb pak se 1% e tyre jan\u00eb me anemi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prevalenca e anemis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt (6-17 muaj) se sa t\u00eb tek t\u00eb rriturit 18-59 vje\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb grupmosh\u00ebn 9-11 muajsh, rreth 42% e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve ishin anemik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prevalenca e anemis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb n\u00eb zonat rurale (27%) sesa n\u00eb zonat urbane (22%)<\/p>\n<p>Anemia ishte m\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb Qarkun e Dibr\u00ebs me 44% e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 6-59 muaj ishin te p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb. M\u00eb pas me nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb anemis\u00eb nd\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb u rendit Qarku i Vlor\u00ebs me rreth 35% t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, Qarku i Elbasanit me 28% t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe Qarku i Gjirokastr\u00ebs me 28%.<\/p>\n<p>Niveli m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt i anemis\u00eb ishte n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me 18 % t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe ne qarqet e Lezh\u00ebs dhe Fierit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me nga 20% secila.<\/p>\n<p>Shqet\u00ebsues mbetet fakti se anemia te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt \u00ebshte rritur gjat\u00eb dekad\u00ebs. Arsyet kryesore lidhen me mosushqyerje me gji dhe kequshqyerjen n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Mossigurimi i ushqimit n\u00eb familje luan rol n\u00eb kequshqyerjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb. Sipas nj\u00eb studimi mbi ushqyerjen t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb vitin 2010 n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn veriore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe n\u00eb zonat periferike t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, 34-43% e familjeve kishin v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb sigurimin e ushqimit p\u00ebr familjet e tyre gjat\u00eb vitit.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, kequshqyerja u gjet shkaktar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e vdekshm\u00ebris\u00eb foshnjore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, dhe barra e kequshqyerjes mbi ekonomin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr vjetore prej 100 milion\u00eb USD ose 0.7% t\u00eb Produktit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Bruto (PBB). P\u00ebr \u00e7do USD t\u00eb investuar n\u00eb parandalimin e kequshqyerjes, Shqip\u00ebria mund t\u00eb kursej\u00eb 4 USD n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p>Anemia shkakton pamjaftueshm\u00ebri t\u00eb rruazave t\u00eb kuqe, t\u00eb cilat sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb transportuar oksigjenin n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb trupin. Oksigjeni furnizon me energji muskujt dhe organet e tjera t\u00eb trupit. Mungesa e oksigjenit shkakton dhe lodhjen apo dob\u00ebsin\u00eb trupore.<\/p>\n<p>Anemia shkakton lodhje fizike, dhimbje koke, munges\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimi, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb frym\u00ebmarrje, marrje mendsh. Simptomat e anemis\u00eb jan\u00eb lodhja, p\u00ebrgjumja, marramendja, zbehja e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs, mishit t\u00eb dh\u00ebmb\u00ebve, thonjve dhe shuplakave, puna e shpejtuar e zemr\u00ebs, ndjenja e t\u00eb ftohurit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb ekstremiteteve, pik\u00ebllimi, depresioni, \u00e7rregullimi i gjumit dhe humbja e oreksit.<\/p>\n<p>Ekspert\u00ebt e Sh\u00ebndetit Publik pohojn\u00eb se f\u00ebmij\u00ebt kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr vitamin\u00eb A, e cila i ndihmon ata n\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebn ndaj s\u00ebmundjeve, mbron shikimin e tyre dhe zvog\u00eblon rrezikun p\u00ebr humbjen e jet\u00ebs. Vitamina A gjendet n\u00eb shum\u00eb fruta dhe perime, vez\u00eb, produkte qum\u00ebshti, m\u00ebl\u00e7i, peshk, mish, ushqime t\u00eb fortifikuara dhe qum\u00ebshti i gjirit. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ushqime t\u00eb pasura me hekur p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre fizike dhe mendore dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar anemin\u00eb.
