        "rendered": "<p>N\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr mediat me ambasadorin e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb Luigi Soreca, Edi Rama ka deklaruar se K\u00ebshilli i Europ\u00ebs firmosi nj\u00eb raport i cili propozon pa kushte hapjen e negociatave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me BE-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Rama tha gjithashtu se vendimi i sot\u00ebm ishte teknik dhe subjektiv, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb hapi i radh\u00ebs sipas tij \u00ebsht\u00eb vendimi i lider\u00ebve t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, q\u00eb sipas tij do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr ti bindur se Shqip\u00ebria e meriton integrimin e saj n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb afirmim i faktit se i kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri t\u00eb gjitha detyrat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, dhe fal\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, KE, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb mekanizmi m\u00eb i besuesh\u00ebm lidhur me vler\u00ebsimin e ecuris\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi, sot ka konfirmuar rekomandimin pozitiv pa kushte p\u00ebr \u00e7eljen e negociatave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>KE vendosi q\u00eb n\u00eb Qershorin e 2019 t\u00eb zyrtarizoj\u00eb \u00e7eljen e negociatave p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim dhe n\u00eb Dhjetor t\u00eb nis procesi n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn nd\u00ebrqeveritare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u2019ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne \u00ebsht\u00eb se KE ka konfirmuar progres dhe bazuar n\u00eb fakte, n\u00eb shifra dhe fakte duke rekomanduar \u00e7eljen e negociatave. Ndryshe sa ka ndodhur n\u00eb vendet e tjera, Shqip\u00ebria ka filluar nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb nisjen e negociatave menj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ky vit nga viti i shkuar ku u dha rekomandimi i par\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb vit me pun\u00eb intensive n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha aspektet. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb hapi i par\u00eb, hapi i dyt\u00eb konfirmues \u00ebsht\u00eb K\u00ebshilli Europian, pra mbledhja e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve Europian.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb hapin e par\u00eb gjykimi \u00ebsht\u00eb teknik dhe objektiv nd\u00ebrsa hapi i dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb politik.
