The Shkodra Police have solved the incident that occurred two days ago in the village of Dragoç, where 33-year-old Ramazan Mataj was killed with a firearm.
The investigation revealed that 29-year-old Arjon Hasaj, for weak motives, was the organizer and committed the murder of the young man.
The 29-year-old, through fake accounts on social networks, communicated with Ramazan Mataj, to ambush him in the village of Dragoç, where he is suspected of killing him.
According to the police, it is suspected that Ramazan Mataj had influenced the breakdown of the marital relationship of the author’s sister.
The suspected author was helped by his brother, Klisman Hasaj, to ensure the conditions to commit the murder and to hide the crime weapon.
After the crime, the two brothers hid the weapon in a wooded area and then buried it in the ground in the yard of the apartment.
Arjon Hasaj was arrested for the criminal offenses of “Premeditated Murder” and “Unauthorized Production and Possession of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Combat Ammunition”;
His brother, Klisman Hasaj, was arrested for the criminal offense of “Providing the Conditions and Material Means to Commit Murder”. The police, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, are continuing their investigations for the full legal documentation of this event.
