Interior Minister Taulant Balla has spoken about the fate of Ervis Martinaj, known as the gambling boss, who has been missing since August 2022.
In the show “Top Story”, on Top Channel, Balla confirmed that the RENEA special forces have carried out checks to find the body of Ervis Martinaj in a marine area in the south of Albania.
RENEA’s divers have been searching the sea for almost two months, Minister Balla said. However, he added that there was no result from the search, adding that “perhaps the search continues elsewhere”.

Grida Duma: Ervis Martinaj’s case has become ridiculous, it is not known if he is alive or dead, or if he had plastic surgery, as they say, because he has a lot of money.
Journalist Ferhati: Renea’s pigeons have searched in an area in the sea, as it was thought that the body could have been thrown into the sea. Nothing was found, even though the pigeons stayed in this area for 6 days.
Minister Balla: The search there has continued for 2 months, not 6 days, but maybe the search continues elsewhere.
