Kjo media p\u00ebrshkruan me detaje t\u00eb ve\u00e7antat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, historin\u00eb e saj, por dhe gatimet tradicionale, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb p\u00eblqyera p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Shkrimi i plot\u00eb:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria po shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb destinacion t\u00eb turizmit kulinar<\/p>\n<p>Pallate t\u00eb bardha t\u00eb ndritshme me shtylla prej guri dhe shqiponja t\u00eb arta mbi \u00e7ati, sht\u00ebpi me fasada t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse, kafene t\u00eb populluara mbi tarraca, struktura me kupol\u00eb t\u00eb st\u00ebrmadhe e Katedrales moderne \u201cNgjallja e Krishtit\u201d. Nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim me taksi n\u00ebp\u00ebr kryeqytetin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb si nj\u00eb turne n\u00ebp\u00ebr ndalesat kryesore t\u00eb historis\u00eb shqiptare \u2013 dhe pse jo nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pazbuluar e Europ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Vendi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb akoma i mbipopulluar, ndon\u00ebse shquhet p\u00ebr pushime n\u00eb bregdetin e Adriatikut, me fshatra origjinale, \u00e7mime t\u00eb arsyeshme, njer\u00ebz mikprit\u00ebs dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, kuzhin\u00ebn e shk\u00eblqyer tradicionale. Ky vend ishte harruar prej koh\u00ebsh. Shqip\u00ebria z\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe ka arritur t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb tradit\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb kulinaris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth 55% e popullsis\u00eb punon n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi; 20 p\u00ebr qind e zon\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb tok\u00eb bujq\u00ebsore pjellore. Korrupsioni, krimi dhe mungesa e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit mjedisor e kan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar p\u00ebrshkrimin e k\u00ebtij vendi prej shum\u00eb koh\u00ebsh. Por vendi po zhvillohet me ritme t\u00eb larta.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ndikimet osmane, italiane dhe greke<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht kuzhina dhe gastronomia e vendit pasqyrojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kombinim t\u00eb eg\u00ebr. Perandoria Osmane, e cila u t\u00ebrhoq prej saj n\u00eb vitin 1912 pas 500 vitesh pushtim, t\u00eb kujton kultur\u00ebn e kafes\u00eb, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb gjer\u00ebsisht e p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb ver\u00eb n\u00eb hijen e palmave dhe fiqve.<\/p>\n<p>Zona e Bllokut \u00ebsht\u00eb tani pjesa m\u00eb arg\u00ebtuese e Tiran\u00ebs e mbushur me bare, restorante dhe klube. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 rrjeteve t\u00eb supermarketeve dhe restoranteve fastfood, syri t\u00eb kap pika t\u00eb vogla fruta-perimesh dhe dyqane peshku.<\/p>\n<p>Produktet e shumta vendase, t\u00eb cilat vijn\u00eb nga fermat rreth e rrotull t\u00eb shtojn\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb vizituar nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb cilin shum\u00eb pak e njohin. Koh\u00ebt e fundit, Shqip\u00ebria, e cila ka qen\u00eb e izoluar prej shum\u00eb koh\u00ebsh, po promovohet si nj\u00eb destinacion i ri i cili ja vlen t\u00eb vizitohet. \u201cLonely Planet\u201d, p\u00ebr shembull, e ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e \u201cDestinacioneve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr pushime n\u00eb Europ\u00eb p\u00ebr 2018\u201d. Q\u00eb prej vitit 2008, numri i turist\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb dyfishuar, dhe tashm\u00eb mbi 150.000 pushues nga Gjermania vizituan vendin n\u00eb 2018.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Kuzhina tradicionale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb po modernizohet<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pjesa e par\u00eb e udh\u00ebtimit kulinar n\u00ebp\u00ebr kuzhin\u00ebn orientale-mesdhetare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb na \u00e7on n\u00eb skajin e Parkut t\u00eb Madh me liqenin e krijuar nga dora e njeriut, ku gjendet edhe nj\u00eb shat\u00ebrvan tep\u00ebr i k\u00ebndsh\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb e viteve \u201970, fasada me element\u00eb n\u00eb ngjyr\u00eb portokalli.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb katin e posht\u00ebm gjendet restoranti i ambasadorit shqiptar t\u00eb pashpallur t\u00eb ushqimit, Bledar Kola. 35-vje\u00e7ari u largua nga atdheu n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn e adoleshenc\u00ebs pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve 1990, kur Kosova fqinje po p\u00ebrjetonte luft\u00ebn civile. Ai e fitoi eksperienc\u00ebn duke punuar n\u00eb kuzhinat e restoranteve me em\u00ebr n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Bashkuar, Danimark\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Suedi n\u00ebn dritat e kuzhin\u00ebs s\u00eb famshme Nordike: Pran\u00eb Ren\u00e9 Rexhepit nga \u201cNoma\u201d me fam\u00eb bot\u00ebrore dhe Magnus Nilsson nga restoranti \u201cF\u00e4viken\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth tre vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, Kola u kthye dhe hapi \u201cMullixhiun\u201d n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. K\u00ebtu ai p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb imazhin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb si nj\u00eb shtet i prapambetur dhe i eg\u00ebr, por edhe t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb kultur\u00ebn vendase t\u00eb ushqimit. \u201c47 vjet komuniz\u00ebm kan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar pothuajse gjith\u00e7ka\u201d, \u2013 thot\u00eb ai. \u201cNe po rind\u00ebrtojm\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ka mbetur\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Restoranti punon kryesisht me kulturat e lashta si mis\u00ebr, elb dhe t\u00ebrsh\u00ebr\u00eb. Tek \u201cMullixhiu\u201d dhoma e ngr\u00ebnies ngjan me nj\u00eb mulli t\u00eb mbushur me orendi druri dhe thas\u00eb prej leshi.<\/p>\n<p>Kola e bluan miellin q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor dhe e pjek buk\u00ebn, e cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e k\u00ebndshme vet\u00ebm n\u00eb shije, por edhe n\u00eb sy. \u201cJo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e p\u00eblqejn\u00eb, sepse ka ngjyr\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebt\u201d, thot\u00eb ai. \u201cPor t\u00eb kujton buk\u00ebn, si\u00e7 ishte para komunizmit\u201d. Mishi i dhis\u00eb serviret me nj\u00eb salc\u00eb q\u00eb gatuhet me boronica dhe vaj ulliri. Fli, nj\u00eb past\u00eb popullore e gatuar me shum\u00eb gjalp\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Kola e sh\u00ebrben n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuti t\u00eb vog\u00ebl prej druri q\u00eb t\u00eb kujton kutin\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb depozitave, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjyshja e tij ruante portokallet dhe buk\u00ebfiqet.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr \u00ebmb\u00eblsir\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndikuara nga Perandoria Osmane, ai sugjeron: Nj\u00eb akullore me Bosmeli, nj\u00eb pije misri t\u00eb fermentuar, si dhe fije t\u00eb holla brumi me shije t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb bot\u00ebn arabe njihen si K\u00fcnefe. Vizitor\u00ebt e apasionuar pas turizmit kulturor shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e vog\u00ebl rreth 120 kilometra n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u njohur me arkitektur\u00ebn osmane: pallatet e bardh\u00eb n\u00eb kafe q\u00eb ngrihen sip\u00ebr nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs deri n\u00eb k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebn mbi kod\u00ebr \u2013 Trash\u00ebgimia Bot\u00ebrore e UNESCO-s n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00ebse largohesh nga qendra historike dhe ec\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb Rrug\u00ebs Antipatrea, \u00ebsht\u00eb si t\u00eb udh\u00ebtosh mbrapa n\u00eb koh\u00eb drejt komunizmit, sepse ka kaq shum\u00eb fasada t\u00eb pangjyrosura ose t\u00eb \u00e7imentuara si p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb. Dyqanet e vogla ushqimore ofrojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn pamje si n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb: ushqim vendas, birr\u00eb shqiptare, uj\u00eb nga kompanit\u00eb lokale n\u00eb vend t\u00eb korporatave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe bajamet e pjekura n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi dhe re\u00e7eli prej mandarine i p\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb kushte sht\u00ebpie jan\u00eb produket n\u00eb shitje \u2013 shum\u00eb pronar\u00eb po fitojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura shtes\u00eb fal\u00eb k\u00ebtij biznesi. Ndihet aroma e kafes\u00eb s\u00eb sapobluar. Asnj\u00eb Starbucks dhe McDonald nuk duket n\u00eb horizont. N\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, nuk ia vlen q\u00eb korporatat globale t\u00eb zgjerohen n\u00eb vende relativisht t\u00eb vogla dhe t\u00eb varfra. Frutat dhe perimet n\u00eb shitje vijn\u00eb nga zonat rurale m\u00eb n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu n\u00eb restorantin e hotelit \u201cMangalemi\u201d q\u00eb nga hapja e tij n\u00eb vitin 1993 sh\u00ebrbehen specialitete t\u00eb thjeshta vendase: Pispili, nj\u00eb tort\u00eb popullore me miell misri dhe lakra t\u00eb egra. Kukurec \u2013 t\u00eb p\u00ebrbrendshmet e qengjit t\u00eb pjekur, dhe Iman Baj\u00eblldi, pat\u00ebllxhan\u00eb t\u00eb mbushur dhe t\u00eb pjekur, t\u00eb cilat konsumohen edhe n\u00eb Turqi, si dhe \u00ebmb\u00eblsira q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb ndikimin otoman n\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Vera vjen prej zon\u00ebs tradicionale t\u00eb \u201cMangalemit\u201d, nga vet\u00eb qyteti, pjes\u00ebrisht autoktone, pra rrush vendas si Sheshi ose Pul\u00ebs. Mund t\u00eb shijohet n\u00eb tarrac\u00eb me pamje nga mali Tomorr deri n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Restorante t\u00eb klasit t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me \u00e7mime t\u00eb arsyeshme<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kthehuni n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ku nuk duhet t\u00eb humbisni nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cFishop\u201d, nj\u00eb restorant i vog\u00ebl, kuzhina e t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb e dukshme p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb paneli xhami. Edhe n\u00eb or\u00ebt e vona t\u00eb pasdites, dhoma e ftuarve \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur plot e p\u00ebrplot.<\/p>\n<p>Kur porosisni, t\u00eb zgjohen kujtimet e Italis\u00eb rurale: Nuk ka menu, kamerieri rekomandon nj\u00eb pjatanc\u00eb me gatime deti dhe si pjat\u00eb kryesore nj\u00eb fileto levrek zgare. Kur e pyet\u00ebm nga vinte peshku i shijsh\u00ebm dhe fresk\u00ebt, kamerieri p\u00ebrgjigjet: \u201cGjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb prodhim vendas. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur p\u00ebr ne q\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejm\u00eb ushqim t\u00eb importuar, pasi ka kosto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>SHQIP\u00cbRIA \u2013 NJ\u00cb PJES\u00cb ENDE E PAZBULUAR E EUROP\u00cbS<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ndoshta do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb n\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb BE \u2013 ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb vend kandidat. Shumica d\u00ebrrmuese d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet, pasi kjo kupton begati. Por njer\u00ebzit si kuzhinieri Bledar Kola i frik\u00ebsohen pak \u2013 njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebr tradit\u00ebn lokale t\u00eb ushqimit dhe kan\u00eb frik\u00eb nga monokultura globale \u2013 gjithsesi ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptuar.<\/p>\n<p>Por ende turist\u00ebt drekojn\u00eb n\u00eb restorante t\u00eb klasit t\u00eb par\u00eb me \u00e7mime tep\u00ebr t\u00eb ul\u00ebta. Po ashtu surprizues dhe pak konfuz n\u00eb fillim mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe komunikimi me kamerierin.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb trupit, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ekzistojn\u00eb disa zakone simpatike. N\u00ebse dikush l\u00ebviz kok\u00ebn lart e posht\u00eb, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cjo\u201d \u2013 n\u00eb shqip. Sidoqoft\u00eb, konsiderohet munges\u00eb edukate t\u00eb refuzosh nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb, p\u00ebrkundrazi duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqesh t\u00eb plot\u00ebsosh edhe k\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ndoshta kamerieri do t\u00eb preferonte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb kok\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb thoshte \u201cpo\u201d \u2013 kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cpo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vend i cili nuk tund kok\u00ebn.
