Madje, Rama akuzoi lider\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb se po refuzojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e nismave rajonale q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Ballkanit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e kan\u00eb akuzuar Ram\u00ebn se po tenton t\u00eb ringjall\u00eb Jugosllavin\u00eb e re.
