P\u00ebrpos t\u00eb gjith\u00eb projekteve q\u00eb konkretizohen dhe formalizohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje bashk\u00ebpunimi, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb gjithashtu 10 raste pacient\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt konsiderohen raste t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira dhe q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje m\u00eb t\u00eb specializuar, q\u00eb do t\u00eb trajtohen n\u00eb Itali.
