Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ekziston mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb 23 persona t\u00eb ken\u00eb votuar 60 her\u00eb, ose rreth 3 her\u00eb\/secili (shih foton 1 dhe 2 m\u00eb posht\u00eb).<\/li>\n<li>N\u00eb foton e par\u00eb me nr.rendor 7 rezulton se e nj\u00ebjta shenj\u00eb gishti \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr identifikimin e dy zgjedh\u00ebsve n\u00eb dy qarqe t\u00eb ndryshme: nj\u00ebri n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Vlor\u00eb dhe tjetri n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Ura Vajgurore, Berat.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00eb foton e dyt\u00eb me nr.rendor 19 rezulton se i nj\u00ebjti person ka votuar dy her\u00eb, nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Konispol, dhe her\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Sarand\u00eb. Po n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb foto me nr.rendor 21, rezulton se e nj\u00ebjta shenj\u00eb gishti \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr identifikimin e 12 zgjedh\u00ebsve, pra potencialisht i nj\u00ebjti person ka votuar 12 her\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm kat\u00ebr prova q\u00eb KAS ka qen\u00eb i detyruar t\u2019i marr\u00eb, me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, faktojn\u00eb rreth 200 shkelje flagrante t\u00eb ligjit. Nd\u00ebrsa, sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00ebt e Edi Ram\u00ebs n\u00eb KAS kan\u00eb refuzuar jo nj\u00eb her\u00eb, por 57 her\u00eb, t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb transparenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb mbi masakr\u00ebn zgjedhore t\u00eb 25 prillit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto prova jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e pakund\u00ebrshtueshme se vullneti i 1.78 milion\u00eb votuesve u diktua nga krimi dhe paligjshm\u00ebria. Megjithat\u00eb, ne do ta vazhdojm\u00eb betej\u00ebn.
