Duke nxitur edhe publikun t\u00eb pij\u00eb, gjat\u00eb koncerteve ai mban n\u00eb dor\u00eb ndonj\u00eb got\u00eb me uiski, apo \u201csljivovica\u201d (raki kumbulle), ose shampanj\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo Edi Rama, Bashkia e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, Baton Haxhiu dhe bisnesmen\u00eb si Irfan Hysenbelliu me shok\u00eb, k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulin se Bregovi\u00e7i shkon edhe me birr\u00eb n\u00eb Fest\u00ebn q\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb. Lidhja mes muzik\u00ebs dhe q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb Bregovi\u00e7it nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, dhe projektit Vu\u00e7i\u00e7- Rama- Zaev p\u00ebr Ballkanin e Hapur nga ana tjet\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb e menj\u00ebhershme. Nuk mund t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb figur\u00eb simbolike m\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese t\u00eb kopjes \u201ckitsch\u201d (ki\u00e7) t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb \u2013 Ballkani i Hapur \u2013 sesa jugonostalgjiku Bregovi\u00e7, mjesht\u00ebr i ki\u00e7it postmodern ballkanik. Bregovi\u00e7it po i b\u00ebjn\u00eb gati sken\u00ebn e pijetores m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb nat\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Fest\u00ebs s\u00eb Birr\u00ebs, ku synohet q\u00eb publiku t\u00eb dalldiset me birr\u00eb dhe muzik\u00ebn e hiper-realitetit t\u00eb rajonit ton\u00eb t\u00eb ekzotizuar. \u201cRama, juris (yrysh)\u201d!<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0in 0in 21.0pt 0in;\">Pa dyshim, Bregovi\u00e7i \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr muzikant\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb rajonit n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Karriera e tij nisi me grupin \u201cBijelo Dugme\u201d (Kopsa e bardh\u00eb) n\u00eb stilet \u201cpop-rock\u201d dhe \u201cfolk-rock\u201d, ku bashkonte rokun me muzik\u00ebn folk t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb. Por akuzat ndaj tij p\u00ebr plagjiatur\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrv\u00ebt\u00ebsim k\u00ebng\u00ebsh nis\u00ebn her\u00ebt. K\u00ebnga \u201cBlues za moju bivsu dragu\u201d (1975) i ngjan tej mase k\u00ebng\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201cLed Zeppelin\u201d q\u00eb titullohet \u201cSince I\u2019ve been loving you\u201d (1970). P\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar nga vjen k\u00ebnga \u201cZamisli\u201d (1986) mjafton t\u00eb d\u00ebgjosh k\u00ebng\u00ebn e grupit \u201cRed Hot Chilly Peppers\u201d t\u00eb titulluar \u201cJungle Man\u201d (1985). K\u00ebnga \u201cPlijuni i zapjevaj, moja Jugoslavijo\u201d (1988) ka marr\u00eb shum\u00eb nga k\u00ebnga e grupit \u201cSurvivor\u201d, titulluar \u201cEye of the Tiger\u201d (1983), q\u00eb u b\u00eb e famshme n\u00eb filmin \u201cRocky III\u201d, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. Tito d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb shfaqej si m\u00eb liberal, dhe ku m\u00eb mir\u00eb se p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb grupi djemsh muzikant\u00eb si ata t\u00eb \u201cBijelo Dugme\u201d-s, q\u00eb e kishin shpallur veten publikisht si \u201cPartizan\u00ebt e rinj\u201d dhe si \u201cRinia socialiste e Titos\u201d. Kur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nis\u00ebn protestat e viteve 1980 p\u00ebr barazi mes kombeve t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb, n\u00ebn thirrjen \u201cKosova Republik\u00eb\u201d, policia dhe ushtria jugosllave vrau me dhjet\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb, duke plagosur dhe burgosur me qindra, por \u201cPartizan\u00ebt e rinj\u201d nuk than\u00eb asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Ata performuan nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb dashurie (1983) n\u00eb shqip \u2013 \u201cKosovska\u201d \u2013 me muzik\u00eb rok dhe pak motive shqiptare, ku i tregonin nj\u00eb vajze shqiptare se si t\u00eb vishej e krihej bukur. Mbulimi i padrejt\u00ebsive dhe ultranacionalizmit serb me propagand\u00ebn bosh multikulturore t\u00eb \u201cVllaznim-Bashkimit\u201d jugosllav \u00ebsht\u00eb tipike p\u00ebr repertorin e Bregovi\u00e7it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; vertical-align: baseline; outline: 0px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in 21.0pt 0in;\">Bregovi\u00e7i nuk ishte interesant jasht\u00eb Ballkanit me kopjet direkte t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs rok q\u00eb e nd\u00ebrthurte me at\u00eb folk. Ai u b\u00eb i famsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim kur nisi nj\u00eb lloj riinterpretimi dhe rip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs folk t\u00eb Ballkanit. N\u00eb studimin e saj t\u00eb doktoratur\u00ebs n\u00eb Universitetin e Amsterdamit, A. Markovi\u00e7 tregon se si 74% e gjith\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebve t\u00eb Bregovi\u00e7it n\u00eb vitet 1990-2010 jan\u00eb arnime, riciklime dhe riorganizime t\u00eb burimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme. N\u00eb albumin e fundit t\u00eb \u201cBijelo Dugme\u201d-s u publikua edhe k\u00ebnga \u201cXhurxhevdan\u201d, e njohur edhe si \u201cEderlezi\u201d, nj\u00eb kopje e nj\u00eb k\u00ebnge t\u00eb k\u00ebnduar edhe nga rom\u00ebt, q\u00eb sipas Bregovi\u00e7it bazohet mbi muzik\u00ebn tradicionale shqiptare. Nj\u00eb version t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebnge e kishte k\u00ebnduar para \u201cBijelo Dugme\u201d-s edhe k\u00ebng\u00ebtarja rome nga Maqedonia, Vesna Jankovska. Kjo k\u00ebng\u00eb ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ngaq\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb prej m\u00eb t\u00eb njohurave por edhe sh\u00ebnon fillimin e karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme si riprodhues i muzik\u00ebs rome n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet instrumenteve frymore. N\u00eb vitin 1989, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur rr\u00ebzohej Muri i Berlinit dhe \u201c\u00ebnd\u00ebrra\u201d e Jugosllavis\u00eb komuniste ishte kthyer n\u00eb makth jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, Bregovi\u00e7i deklaroi publikisht se krijimtaria e tij do p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohej te muzika etnike, gjithnj\u00eb me synime pro jugosllave. \u201cBum, bum!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; vertical-align: baseline; outline: 0px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in 21.0pt 0in;\">Bregovi\u00e7i bashk\u00ebpunoi me regjisorin Emir Kusturica, q\u00eb n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar u b\u00eb shum\u00eb i njohur me filmin \u201cArizona Dreams\u201d. K\u00ebnga m\u00eb e famshme e kolon\u00ebs zanore t\u00eb k\u00ebtij filmi ishte \u201cIn the Deathcar\u201d, e \u201ckompozuar\u201d nga Goran Bregovi\u00e7i me tekst dhe interpretim t\u00eb Iggy Pop. Kusturica fitoi disa \u00e7mime nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me filmat e tij duke ekzotizuar Ballkanin dhe rom\u00ebt n\u00eb forma raciste dhe ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim nj\u00eb justifikues i krimeve t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs i Putinit. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund, n\u00eb vitin 2016, Festivali i Filmit n\u00eb \u201cCannes\u201d e refuzoi filmin e tij pavar\u00ebsisht \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme, sipas Kusturic\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tij. Sakaq, doli q\u00eb k\u00ebnga \u201cIn the Deathcar\u201d e Bregovi\u00e7it, ishte p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar nga francezi Enrico Macias, q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrshtatur n\u00eb versionin francez k\u00ebng\u00ebn \u201cSolenzara\u201d. K\u00ebnga origjinale \u201cSolenzara\u201d, n\u00eb fakt, ishte kompozuar edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt nga Dominique Marfisi n\u00eb stilin rumba t\u00eb Korsik\u00ebs, interpretuar nga dyshja \u201cR\u00e9gina dhe Bruno\u201d. Ata ishin njer\u00ebz t\u00eb marr\u00eb prej kolonive, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ekspozoheshin nudo ose gjys\u00ebm t\u00eb veshur n\u00eb kafaze hekuri apo n\u00eb natyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u shijuar nga syri sodit\u00ebs kolonizator si dhe p\u00ebr arsye \u201cedukative\u201d, q\u00eb tentonin t\u00eb provonin superioritetin e kolonizatorit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. Aq t\u00eb popullarizuar ishin kopshtet zoologjike njer\u00ebzore sa q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1931, brenda 6 muajve miliona njer\u00ebz vizituan n\u00eb Paris \u201cEkspozit\u00ebn Koloniale\u201d. Ekspozita e fundit e till\u00eb me njer\u00ebz si n\u00eb kopsht zoologjik u organizua n\u00eb Franc\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1994, ku ekspozoheshin gjys\u00ebm t\u00eb zhveshur njer\u00ebz nga Afrika q\u00eb imitonin jet\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat t\u00eb Bregut t\u00eb Fildisht\u00eb, e q\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye komerciale u quajt \u201cFshati Bamboula\u201d. Kompania q\u00eb organizonte ekspozit\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore e kishte rikrijuar fshatin si metod\u00eb marketingu p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur shitjet e biskotave \u201cBamboula\u201d, q\u00eb prodhoheshin nga kakao dhe kishin si imazh steriotipizues n\u00eb paketim vizatimin e nj\u00eb f\u00ebmije \u201cekzotik\u201d nga Afrika, t\u00eb veshur me nj\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00eb leopardi. Ai nuk mund t\u00eb \u00e7onte n\u00eb Paris n\u00eb kopshte zoologjike popullsin\u00eb \u201cekzotike\u201d t\u00eb Ballkanit, as biskota me kakao ballkanike, por ai e kishte kuptuar se mund t\u00eb sillte aty muzik\u00ebn e ekzotizuar t\u00eb popujve ballkanik\u00eb. Jo muzik\u00ebn tradicionale, por muzik\u00ebn e dekontekstualizuar, t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar, t\u00eb prer\u00eb, t\u00eb ngjitur e ringjitur, t\u00eb ricikluar disa her\u00eb, t\u00eb arnuar dhe (ri)paketuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u shitur si mall ekzotik sipas shijeve evropiane, q\u00eb i kishin par\u00eb prej shekujsh popujt e Ballkanit si Tjetrin e eg\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb prapambetur brenda Evrop\u00ebs. \u201cHajde, hopaaa\u201d!<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; vertical-align: baseline; outline: 0px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in 21.0pt 0in;\">K\u00ebtu duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb disa dallime. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj as me muzikant\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrpunojn\u00eb, p.sh., muzik\u00ebn tradicionale shqiptare duke e shkrir\u00eb me rryma t\u00eb tjera muzikore. K\u00ebto p\u00ebrpunime muzikore bashk\u00ebkohore nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebr synim transformimin e muzik\u00ebs folk dhe paraqitjen e popujve nga \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb kjo muzik\u00eb si popuj ekzotik\u00eb. Ajo q\u00eb Bregovi\u00e7 ka b\u00ebr\u00eb r\u00ebndom \u00ebsht\u00eb bashkimi i melodive dhe i teksteve t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs folklorike t\u00eb Ballkanit n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn k\u00ebng\u00eb. Pastaj, prerja dhe riprerja e tyre, rotacioni nga nj\u00eb kolazh te tjetri, q\u00eb krijon n\u00eb (ri)punimet postmoderne at\u00eb q\u00eb njihet si \u201cpastiche\u201d \u2013 nj\u00eb lloj prodhimi seri me muzik\u00eb t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebt nga historia dhe konteskti, neutrale dhe dy-dimensionale (pa thell\u00ebsi) p\u00ebr t\u2019u tretur sa m\u00eb leht\u00eb nga publiku. Muzika e Bregovi\u00e7it tenton t\u2019i zhduk\u00eb dallimet mes k\u00ebng\u00ebve q\u00eb ai i merr copa-copa p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb t\u00eb re \u2013 nj\u00eb kolazh i tipit Frankeshtajn q\u00eb shkakton p\u00ebrfytyrimin se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb muzika autentitke e Ballkanit. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, veshi i ballkanasve dallon n\u00eb muzik\u00ebn e Bregovi\u00e7it motive t\u00eb njohura nga k\u00ebng\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb i duket muzik\u00eb e af\u00ebrt dhe e \u00e7uditshme nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, duke krijuar nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrim auto-ekzotizues. Kjo kopje e zbraz\u00ebt e fabrikimit t\u00eb reales krijon nostalgji p\u00ebr realen duke glorifikuar nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb (ri)prodhuar, q\u00eb nuk ka ekzistuar kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; vertical-align: baseline; outline: 0px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0in 0in 21.0pt 0in;\">Duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dallim. Stili i Bregovi\u00e7it e zbeh historin\u00eb duke krijuar (p\u00ebr)punime sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore, n\u00eb form\u00eb imazhesh q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet t\u00eb ri t\u00eb intensifikuar, nj\u00eb \u201chiper-realitet\u201d, q\u00eb sipas sociologut francez Baudrillard \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cprodhimi i modeleve t\u00eb reales pa origjin\u00eb apo realitet\u201d. K\u00ebshtu (ri)prodhohet si mall p\u00ebr konsum t\u00eb gjer\u00eb ekzotizimi i muzik\u00ebs dhe kultur\u00ebs ballkanike, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pasur Bregovi\u00e7in. Ajo q\u00eb b\u00ebn Bregovi\u00e7i me muzik\u00ebn e tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb imitimi i nj\u00eb modeli q\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb jet\u00ebn reale. Jo. Bregovi\u00e7i e shnd\u00ebrron realitetin n\u00eb shenjues t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebt duke nd\u00ebrtuar at\u00eb q\u00eb Baudrillard ka quajtur \u201csimulacra\u201d, nj\u00eb kopje e di\u00e7kaje q\u00eb nuk ekziston dhe q\u00eb nuk ka nj\u00eb origjinal. N\u00eb disa intervista t\u00eb b\u00ebra me kriminel\u00eb lufte ultranacionalist\u00eb serb\u00eb, ky shfrenim n\u00eb krime gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs u p\u00ebrcillte nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb lirie dhe ishte nj\u00eb nga arsyet madhore q\u00eb i joshte t\u00eb rekrutoheshin si paramilitar\u00eb. Kund\u00ebr ftes\u00ebs p\u00ebr Bregovi\u00e7in nuk mjaftoi qoft\u00eb dhe intervista e dh\u00ebn\u00eb prej tij n\u00eb vitin 2011, ku deklaron se kultura n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb serbe dhe se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb fillon kultura serbe. Nuk ka fakte, thon\u00eb, kund\u00ebr Bregovi\u00e7it edhe pasi u b\u00ebn\u00eb publike videot ku ai organizonte koncerte kund\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs. Nuk u mjaftoi as organizimi i koncertit t\u00eb Bregovi\u00e7it n\u00eb vitin 2015 n\u00eb Krimen\u00eb e pushtuar nga Rusia e Putinit, ku Bregovi\u00e7i nderoi publikisht \u201cmadh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e Rusis\u00eb\u201d.
