Gjithsesi institucioni ka per detyre te tregohet i kujdesshem sidomos ne nje situate konfliktuale te krijuar prej tyre. Dje nenkryetarja e bashkise ka deklaruar se shqiptaret nuk jane aq trima sa te prishin koncertin e Bregovic.
