N\u00ebnkryetari i Bashkis\u00eb, Arbi Mazniku thot\u00eb se n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb jan\u00eb prekur 135 prona private t\u00eb legalizuara dhe t\u00eb palegalizuara, por q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb banesa t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c84 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pasuri e pronar\u00ebve si biznese, truall dhe sht\u00ebpi, 51 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa n\u00eb proces legalizimi por q\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb ndryshme nuk jan\u00eb legalizuar. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb grupi i vog\u00ebl i cili edhe n\u00eb shtys\u00ebn politike ka krijuar zhurm\u00eb\u201d, n\u00ebnvizon Mazniku.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me k\u00ebta banor\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSecilit prej tyre i \u00ebsht\u00eb ofruar mund\u00ebsia nga Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u2019ju ofruar futjen n\u00eb programet\u00a0 mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse me qira apo banesa sociale si t\u00eb pastreh\u00eb. Nj\u00ebsia 8 dhe 4 q\u00eb kap zon\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t\u2019i ndihmoj\u00eb. Asnj\u00eb banor i asaj zon\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb\u201d, siguron Mazniku.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i konsideruesh\u00ebm i banor\u00ebve q\u00eb preken nga projekti i lagjes s\u00eb re te \u201c5 Maji\u201d, jan\u00eb dakord\u00ebsuar dhe kan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar dokumentacionin p\u00ebr t\u2019u pajisur me sht\u00ebpi, sipas VKM-s\u00eb s\u00eb miratuar nga qeveria n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb 2021, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet procesit t\u00eb kompensimit p\u00ebrmes shk\u00ebmbimit. Nd\u00ebrkaq, Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs po vijon edhe me n\u00ebnshkrimin e kontratave me banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs, sipas asaj \u00e7far\u00eb parashikon VKM-ja.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb miratuar nga qeveria, sigurohet se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebt q\u00eb preken nga ky projekt do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb kompensim t\u00eb plot\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre me objektet e reja q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen n\u00eb lagjen e re. Po k\u00ebshtu, poseduesit e banesave n\u00eb proces legalizimi, tashm\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn sip\u00ebrfaqe n\u00eb metra katror\u00eb, n\u00eb godinat e reja q\u00eb po ngrihen n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn zon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfitues nga ky projekt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe familjet t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb pasur nd\u00ebrtime pa leje, duke u shpron\u00ebsuar 100% e sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb objektit pa leje.
