Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb postulat i mir\u00ebpranuar n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, duke ardhur i till\u00eb deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, pasi evolucioni i njeriut nga heqja e bishtit te fluturimi n\u00eb H\u00ebn\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb i pandjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb kurb\u00ebn e evolucionit. Njeriu, duke mos modifikuar dot llojin e p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb evoluoj\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat se si ka k\u00ebrkuar ta mbuloj\u00eb raportin politik\u00eb-e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e modifikimit t\u00eb politik\u00ebb\u00ebrjes dhe fjal\u00ebve, duke pasur nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegje kritike se g\u00ebnjeshtra, sado e sofistikuar t\u00eb paraqitet, n\u00eb fund, n\u00eb vesh\u00ebt e nj\u00eb qytetarie t\u00eb miredukuar, mbetet e pav\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Sigurisht, ky raport i politik\u00ebs me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn sot varion nga shkalla e civilitetit t\u00eb vendeve, i cili kusht\u00ebzon fort ballafaqimin e klasave drejtuese me interesin dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e masave. E gjith\u00eb kjo hyrje p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb thuk\u00ebt q\u00eb, edhe pse njeriu si specie n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn Darwiniane t\u00eb evolucionit mbetet kudo i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, n\u00eb disa vende do t\u00eb ket\u00eb fatin e keq t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb retorik\u00ebn e g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs t\u00eb servirur nga klasa politike, pa as m\u00eb t\u00eb vogl\u00ebn p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr ta sofistikuar, n\u00eb bashin e dit\u00ebs n\u00eb bashin e vendit nga bashibozuket e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Banaliteti i g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs n\u00eb b\u00ebrjen e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vijon t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb \u00e7do cak t\u00eb logjik\u00ebs normale e, madje t\u00eb fyej\u00eb edhe injoranc\u00ebn. G\u00ebnjeshtra n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare merr ngjyra nga m\u00eb t\u00eb larmishmet n\u00eb sfilat\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb p\u00ebrmotshme t\u00eb arritjeve dhe t\u00eb premtimeve. K\u00ebshtu, ajo shpeshher\u00eb vishet me reklam\u00eb, nj\u00eb her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vishet me arroganc\u00eb, nj\u00eb her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr me kult, diku tjet\u00ebr me sharm, e diku tjet\u00ebr akoma me titull shkencor, e tanim\u00eb edhe me viktimizim. Por \u00e7ka ngelet konstante \u00ebsht\u00eb se banalilteti i g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare kulmon n\u00eb nj\u00eb retorik\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur po me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, aspak e shqet\u00ebsuar se mos kuptohet apo dekonspirohet. N\u00eb piramid\u00ebn e hierarkis\u00eb s\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs, n\u00eb maj\u00eb jan\u00eb kap\u00ebrcimet politike q\u00eb shum\u00eb prurje partiake b\u00ebjn\u00eb majtas-qend\u00ebr-djathtas, pastaj djathtasmajtas-qend\u00ebr, duke vijuar k\u00ebshtu me t\u00eb gjitha kombinimet sipas teoris\u00eb s\u00eb probabilitetit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta q\u00eb dikur jan\u00eb akuzuar fyer e ofenduar publikisht, p\u00ebr programe e kulisa politike, tanim\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuar rreth interesit t\u00eb ri, g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn e l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebshqas\u00eb sikur trupat t\u00eb jen\u00eb lyer me dhjam\u00eb foke. Sa t\u00eb rrall\u00eb (!), nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb pendes\u00eb e nuk k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb asnj\u00eb falje n\u00eb publik, p\u00ebrkundrazi ky i fundit i fal e p\u00ebrqafon, i pret e i duartroket sikur nuk ka qen\u00eb aty n\u00eb vet\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren si mos m\u00eb keq, nga po ata! Po ashtu, nj\u00eb vend konkurrues n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hierarki t\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs z\u00ebn\u00eb premtimet, t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb besosh se kalimi Tok\u00eb-Mars do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet brenda vitit nga baza hap\u00ebsinore e Laknas-it, ndofta me t\u00eb vetmen t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb se mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i shpejt\u00eb se kalimi i automjeteve n\u00eb lotin Shqiponja-Laprak\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr form\u00eb, q\u00eb e ngre g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn deri n\u00eb kult \u00ebsht\u00eb besimi q\u00eb vet\u00eb politikan\u00ebt, ndofta duke ushqyer g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn koh\u00eb pa koh\u00eb, ia induktojn\u00eb edhe vetes edhe t\u00eb bindurve t\u00eb tyre se, ajo \u00e7far\u00eb thon\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebrt. Kjo form\u00eb e g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs q\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb besosh edhe vet\u00eb se nuk po g\u00ebnjen, \u00e7on deri n\u00eb ngaz\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb deri n\u00eb flijim t\u00eb masave p\u00ebr liderin dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat e tij t\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebrta. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb trajt\u00eb e re e banalitetit t\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs n\u00eb politik\u00eb-b\u00ebrje n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, quhet viktimiz\u00ebm i g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs, ose g\u00ebnjeshtar viktim\u00eb ose viktim\u00eb e p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtruar, ose viktim\u00eb e mashtruar etj.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00cbNJESHTRA DHE MEDIAT<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebnjeshtra nuk do t\u00eb pranohej n\u00ebse ajo nuk do t\u00eb dilte nga goja e t\u00eb besuarve, qofshin ata klas\u00eb politike apo qofshin ato media (t\u00eb shkruara, audiovizive apo sociale). Kjo e fundit u krijua dhe u p\u00ebrdor nga njeriu modern p\u00ebr t\u00eb informuar masat, pa\u00e7ka form\u00ebs se si lindi mbi pllaka guri apo druri p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur sot te transmetimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet val\u00ebve elektromagnetike, te televizori apo \u201cFacebook\u201d-u. Misioni i saj nisi fisnik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb edukuar masat, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs s\u00eb shenjt\u00eb e lakuriqe. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebt moderne, nj\u00eb nga mjetet n\u00eb absolut drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura nga klasa politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb induktuar g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn si t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht media. B\u00ebn disi \u00e7udi fakti i numrit t\u00eb mediave, nga ku pyetjes se p\u00ebrse kaq shum\u00eb, mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet vet\u00ebm filozofia e krijimit t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb n\u00eb risi.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb media n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri lindin pas fuqizimit ekonomik t\u00eb nj\u00eb biznesmeni, i cili me viston dhe kontrollin e nj\u00eb grupimi politik krijon nj\u00eb mjet t\u00eb ashtuquajtur \u201cp\u00ebr vet\u00ebmbrojtje\u201d. Ajo q\u00eb kuptohet \u00ebsht\u00eb se ky mjet materializohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb televizion, apo gazet\u00eb, apo rrjet social, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ajo q\u00eb nuk kuptohet \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebmbrojtja ndaj kujt, kur dhe ku? Por n\u00ebnteksti q\u00eb vjen n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i qart\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb se vet\u00ebmbrojtje do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjesh me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn monedh\u00eb, natyrsh\u00ebm vjen interpretimi se \u00e7do pretendimi t\u00eb nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtari politik, ajo media do t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn form\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, fjala vjen, shpifjes me shpifje, g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs me g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr, falsitetit politik me falsitet politik, e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtra ulet e qet\u00eb n\u00eb vatrat e shikuesve, pa u lodhur apo munduar p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrthithur, por n\u00eb form\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur ajo ngulitet n\u00eb mendjet e masave p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb gote me ver\u00eb apo nj\u00eb sallate, sipas vaktit.<\/p>\n<p>Termi \u201cvet\u00ebmbrojtje\u201d merr edhe ngjyrimin e mbizot\u00ebruesit n\u00eb tregun mediatik, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ka ndodhur shpesh q\u00eb \u201cgoj\u00ebt e liga\u201d t\u00eb anatemojn\u00eb filan media apo fistek gazet\u00eb si gjob\u00ebv\u00ebn\u00ebse. Interpretuar m\u00eb gjer\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nj\u00ebher\u00eb q\u00eb ke nj\u00eb medie n\u00eb dor\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebsh \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb duash me g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e lajmit, duke e transformuar at\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht apo pjes\u00ebrisht, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin publik ndaj subjektit, i cili n\u00eb rastin me t\u00eb mir\u00eb nuk ka shum\u00eb alternativa rrug\u00ebdalje: ose t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb nj\u00eb faj t\u00eb pab\u00ebr\u00eb e t\u00eb mbetet i vrar\u00eb n\u00eb sedr\u00ebn e tij; ose t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb median gjob\u00ebv\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur skandalin (pa\u00e7ka n\u00ebse i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ose jo); ose t\u2019i drejtohet Gjykat\u00ebs me shpres\u00ebn e madhe se do mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb apogjeun e padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr aspekt, aspak p\u00ebr t\u2019u injoruar n\u00eb lidhje me binomin g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr-media, lidhet ngusht\u00ebsisht me profilin personal politik dhe ekonomik t\u00eb shum\u00eb gazetar\u00ebve t\u00eb medias sot. S\u00eb pari, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb diferencimin midis moderator\u00ebve dhe gazetar\u00ebve, interesi shkon p\u00ebr kategorin\u00eb e dyt\u00eb, ku shum\u00eb prej figurave t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme kan\u00eb nisur karrier\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb mediat e shkruara. V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb besohet se si nj\u00eb gazetar, i cili p\u00ebrtej preferenc\u00ebs personale politike, n\u00eb ushtrimin e profesionit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb po aq neutral sa nj\u00eb mjek n\u00eb kurim, apo nj\u00eb jurist n\u00eb gjykim, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn politike duke marr\u00eb edhe poste drejtuese, me ardhjen n\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb nj\u00eb grupimi politik t\u00eb caktuar. Af\u00ebrmendsh sh\u00ebrbesa gazetareske ka marr\u00eb si shp\u00ebrblim katapultimin politik t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre gazetar\u00ebve.
