Rritja e kostove nga shtrenjtimi 50% i \u00e7mimit t\u00eb hekurit, bakrit, \u00e7imentos dhe rritja e lart\u00eb e naft\u00ebs ka prekur edhe kompanit\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ato q\u00eb kryejn\u00eb investimet publike n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb dhe programet e rind\u00ebrtimit.<\/p>\n<p>Punimet p\u00ebr investimet n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb dhe rind\u00ebrtim jan\u00eb tenderuar me \u00e7mime m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta, po aktualisht \u00e7mimet po ndryshojn\u00eb dita -dit\u00ebs. Shpenzimet e karburantit z\u00ebn\u00eb 30% t\u00eb kostove p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb po kryejn\u00eb investime publike, pasi karburanti shpenzohet p\u00ebr g\u00ebrmimet e relieveve t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira. Nga rritja e \u00e7mimeve k\u00ebto kompani jan\u00eb t\u00eb humbura apo me fitim zero. Operator\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria t\u00eb marr\u00eb masa p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn e krijuar nga rritja e \u00e7mimeve\u201d, pohon z. Dervishi. Arben Dervishi, sekretar i shoqat\u00ebs t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuesve n\u00ebnvizon se n\u00ebse qeveria nuk nd\u00ebrhyn me uljen e taksave mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet krijimi i lart\u00eb i stokut si n\u00eb kriz\u00ebn e 2008-s. N\u00ebse rritja e kostove nga shtrenjtimi i karburantit, hekurit, \u00e7imentos, bakrit do t\u00eb transferohet te \u00e7mimet e apartamenteve ato do t\u00eb shiteshin shum\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke shtuar edhe propozimin e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr vendosjen e TVSH-s\u00eb n\u00eb shitje, \u00e7mimet do t\u00eb rriteshin akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Rritja e lart\u00eb e \u00e7mimeve p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kostos do t\u00eb ndikonte te shitjet. R\u00ebnia e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb stokun e pashitur t\u00eb pallateve, ashtu si\u00e7 ndodhi dhe me kriz\u00ebn ekonomike t\u00eb 2008-s. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb n\u00eb periferit\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs, n\u00eb qytetet e Durr\u00ebsit, Vlor\u00ebs u krijua stok i lart\u00eb i apartamenteve t\u00eb pashituara. Situata u stabilizua pas disa vitesh<\/p>\n<p>Shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtuesit me her\u00ebt ishte edhe propozimi i qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb strategjin\u00eb afatmesme t\u00eb ardhurave 2022-2026 p\u00ebr vendosjen e TVSH-s\u00eb n\u00eb shitje. Shoqata e Nd\u00ebrtuesve pohoi se miratimi i k\u00ebsaj mase fiskale do t\u00eb ndikonte te rritja e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb apartamenteve. N\u00ebntorin e 2021 \u00e7mimet e apartamenteve t\u00eb reja brenda vij\u00ebs t\u00eb verdh\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit u rrit\u00ebn 10% krahasuar me 2020. N\u00eb zonat, si: Ish blloku, Myslym Shyri, rruga \u201cBardhyl\u201d rritja e \u00e7mimeve varionte nga 15 deri 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Brenda unaz\u00ebs, sipas agjencive imobilare apartamentet e reja nuk ofronin \u00e7mime m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta se 1500 euro\/m2, nd\u00ebrsa te periferit\u00eb si \u201cPorcelani\u201d apo \u201cAli Demi\u201d, nuk u shiten m\u00eb sht\u00ebpi banimi me \u00e7mime n\u00ebn 900 euro\/m2. Vitin e kaluar sipas nd\u00ebrtuesve u shtua k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr blerje n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e hershme t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb objekte me \u00e7mime t\u00eb larta deri n\u00eb 4,000 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror, kryesisht kullat.
