Aktualisht po betonohen metrat e fundit t\u00eb tunelit, nd\u00ebrsa paralelisht po vijon puna edhe p\u00ebr sistemin e ndri\u00e7imit dhe at\u00eb elektro-mekanik. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha lotet e tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebtij aksi, pothuajse ka p\u00ebrfunduar edhe elementi i fundit, ai i vendosjes sinjalistik\u00ebs horizontale dhe vertikale t\u00eb nevojshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ministrja e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb, Belinda Balluku, s\u00eb bashku me drejtorin e Autoritetit Rrugor Shqiptar, Evis Berberi dhe kryetarin e Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs, Flamur Golemi ndoq\u00ebn nga af\u00ebr punimet dhe ecurin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb tunelin e Sk\u00ebrfic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtori Berberi b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se kan\u00eb mbetur p\u00ebr t\u2019u betonuar 200 metrat e fundit t\u00eb tunelit. Krahas rrug\u00ebs Kardhiq-Delvin\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet e mundur edhe nd\u00ebrtimi i dy rrug\u00ebve, asaj t\u00eb Fush\u00ebbardh\u00ebs dhe Senic\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u2019i lidhur k\u00ebto dy fshatra me rrug\u00ebn kryesore.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTuneli \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb betonimit. Jemi n\u00eb proceset e vendosjes s\u00eb rrjetit elektrik, ndri\u00e7imit, vendosjes s\u00eb sistemit elektro-mekanik q\u00eb jan\u00eb ventilator\u00ebt. Na kan\u00eb ngelur jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 200 metra\u00a0 p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb tunelit, i gjithi i betonuar. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tunel me gjer\u00ebsi 11 metra, me lart\u00ebsi 5 metra dhe ka dy korsi nga 3.75 metra t\u00eb asfaltuara, plus pankina 1.25 metra t\u00eb asfaltuara dhe ato me dy trotuare an\u00ebsore me 0.75 metra, tha Berberi.<\/p>\n<p>Ministrja Balluku vler\u00ebsoi pun\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb deri m\u00eb tani duke shtuar se nd\u00ebrtimi i k\u00ebtij segmenti rrugor, jo vet\u00ebm shkurton distanc\u00ebn drejt bregdetit dhe rrit sigurin\u00eb rrugore, por t\u2019i jap\u00eb nj\u00eb zhvillim akoma edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb madh turizmit, si p\u00ebr zon\u00ebn e Sarand\u00ebs ashtu edhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe p\u00ebrfundimin e k\u00ebtyre metrave t\u00eb fundit q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur p\u00ebr betonim ne kalojm\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, at\u00eb t\u00eb asfaltimit t\u00eb aksit hyr\u00ebs dhe aksit dal\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebtij tuneli dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tunelit, vij\u00ebzimin dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb duhet. Ka pasur nj\u00eb pritje shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vizitor\u00ebt, bizneset, kompanit\u00eb turistike p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb aks lidh\u00ebs, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb q\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet para aftit do jet\u00eb shum\u00eb e vler\u00ebsuar nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh Balluku.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive, t\u00eb ndikuara nga zhvillimet n\u00eb tregjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ku \u00e7mimet e materialeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb madhe, ministrja e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb tha se projektet infrastrukturore kan\u00eb vijuar me rit\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ecuria e punimeve t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e mir\u00eb. T\u00eb gjitha projektet q\u00eb kemi nisur po dor\u00ebzohen nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs. Projektet q\u00eb kan\u00eb nisur rishtazi po ecin ashtu si\u00e7 duhet, por nuk duhet harruar q\u00eb sot kostot e k\u00ebtyre nd\u00ebrtimeve kan\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer n\u00eb shifra q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb parashikuara dhe kjo s\u2019ka lidhje vet\u00ebm me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, por ka lidhje me mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn duke nisur nga elementi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, l\u00ebnda e par\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e hekurit dhe pastaj tek \u00e7imento dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ne angazhojm\u00eb si material p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb veprave infrastrukturore.
