Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb rritja m\u00eb e lart\u00eb 6-mujore e k\u00ebtij indeksi q\u00eb prej vitit 2013, kur Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nisi llogaritjen e tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb raport me periudh\u00ebn baz\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb viti 2013, indeksi i \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb banesave \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me af\u00ebrsisht 110%, ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa dy her\u00eb me mesataren e bashkimit Europian (q\u00eb e mat nga viti 2010).<\/p>\n<p>Edhe sipas v\u00ebzhgimi t\u00eb Monitor p\u00ebr kryeqytetin rezulton se \u00e7mimet e apartamenteve jan\u00eb rritur 40% m\u00eb shum\u00eb se vjet. Krahasuar me vjet n\u00eb objektet e reja ku sapo kan\u00eb nisur nd\u00ebrtimet \u00e7mimet jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb larta. N\u00eb periferit\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cKinostudio\u201d apo \u201cAstiri\u201d \u00e7mimet e apartamenteve t\u00eb reja kan\u00eb arritur 1,000 deri 1,100 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror nga 900 deri 1,000 q\u00eb ishin vjet \u00e7mimet n\u00eb k\u00ebto zona.
