Ulja e k\u00ebtij kufiri mund t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb rastet kur institucionet nuk japin informacion, pasi edhe shuma e gjob\u00ebs do t\u00eb jet\u00eb tre her\u00eb m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nen t\u00eb gjitha shkeljet e tjera q\u00eb e kan\u00eb kufirin minimal t\u00eb gjob\u00ebs 150 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb, me ndryshimet e reja, kundravajtjen administrative, tani do ta ken\u00eb 50 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb relacionin q\u00eb i bashk\u00ebngjitet k\u00ebtij projektligji argumentohet se kufiri minimal i gjob\u00ebs propozohet t\u00eb ulet pasi n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste gjoba minimale ka rezultuar disa fish m\u00eb i madh se paga e n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve publik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb disa raste, t\u00eb zbatuara edhe n\u00eb praktik\u00eb, kufiri minimal i mas\u00ebs s\u00eb gjob\u00ebs ka rezultuar t\u00eb jet\u00eb disa-fish m\u00eb i madh se paga e n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve publik dhe vendosja e nj\u00eb mase t\u00eb till\u00eb gjobe i shkakton nj\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm kushteve ekonomike dhe t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs s\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebnimi administrativ ka si synim kryesor parandalimin e shkeljes s\u00eb ligjit, si dhe nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin e shkel\u00ebsit dhe jo d\u00ebnimin e tij.
