Objektet e reja q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen k\u00ebt\u00eb vit do t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb 8% t\u00eb \u00e7mimit t\u00eb shitjes s\u00eb objektit. Kjo taks\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2014 ishte 4% mbi koston e nd\u00ebrtimit.<\/p>\n<p>Fratari pohoi se ka nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr objektet e banimit, sidomos p\u00ebr banesa me sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb vogla dhe n\u00eb periferi.\u00a0 Nd\u00ebrsa pohoi se k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr banesa po nxitet nga rritja e kredis\u00eb p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe Arben Dervishi, Sekretar i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtuesve, pohoi se \u00e7mimet do t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb rriten n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e qendr\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb periferi nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndryshime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha pasi oferta p\u00ebr objekte banimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><b>M\u00eb shum\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtuesit<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Zgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb 18 qershorit, do t\u00eb nxisin fondin publik t\u00eb investimeve qysh n\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmujorin e par\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit do t\u00eb aktivizohen lejet e nd\u00ebrtimit sidomos n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb Planit t\u00eb Ri Rregullues. Fondi i Investimeve Publike prej rreth 76 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh do t\u00eb orientohet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve, mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe siguris\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, se sa nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb autostradave t\u00eb reja. Nd\u00ebrsa investimet private do t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb larta p\u00ebr objekte banimi dhe HEC-e.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtuesit jan\u00eb optimist\u00eb sidomos p\u00ebr sektorin e banesave, ku si oferta dhe k\u00ebrkesa jan\u00eb n\u00eb rritje. Arben Dervishi, Sekretar i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtuesve pohon se, miratimi i planit t\u00eb ri Rregullues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb pritet t\u2019i jap\u00eb nj\u00eb hov nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb Kryeqytet. \u201cJan\u00eb shum\u00eb projekte gati q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbyllur marr\u00ebveshjet me pronar\u00ebt e trojeve dhe jan\u00eb n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb miratimit t\u00eb planit t\u00eb ri rregullues nga K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar i Territorit. Presim q\u00eb puna n\u00eb terren p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e k\u00ebtyre objekteve t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb vitit tha Dervishi\u201d. Ai pohoi se pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs i dedikohet objekteve t\u00eb banimit dhe m\u00eb pak zyrave t\u00eb biznesit dhe dyqaneve. Madje n\u00eb periferi shum\u00eb objekte q\u00eb po nd\u00ebrtohen i kan\u00eb dedikuar edhe katin e par\u00eb banimit, dhe jo sh\u00ebrbimeve. Ai pohoi gjithashtu se ka nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkese n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr standarde. Bler\u00ebsit gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb q\u00eb sht\u00ebpia e re t\u00eb respektoje standardet e siguris\u00eb dhe hap\u00ebsirat publike.
