Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit parashikohet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e 8646 apartamenteve 752 dhomave, rreth 280 vende ankorimi n\u00eb Marin\u00eb dhe 19500 met\u00ebr katror\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb tregtimit me pakic\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">N\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb projektit planifikohet q\u00eb t\u00eb futen t\u00eb ardhura nga shitja e apartamenteve n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e 637.036.964 eurove nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb faz\u00eb e dyt\u00eb pritet t\u00eb fitohen nga vlera e shitjeve t\u00eb apartamenteve 1 miliard e 617 milion\u00eb eurove\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb dokumentin e siguruar nga gazeta \u201cPanorama\u201d.
