Ua shpjegoj arsyen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb pasazhi t\u00eb librit t\u00eb Jack London-it, \u201cKujtimet e nj\u00eb pijaniku\u201d. Aty, duke folur p\u00ebr efektin e drog\u00ebs, London-i thot\u00eb se sado t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqesh t\u2019ia shpjegosh k\u00ebt\u00eb dikujt q\u00eb nuk e ka provuar, megjith\u00ebse ti p\u00ebrshkruan e shpjegon, e prap\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruan, e prap\u00eb shpjegon, ke ndjesin\u00eb se d\u00ebgjuesi nuk t\u00eb ka kuptuar. Kurse me dik\u00eb q\u00eb e ka provuar drog\u00ebn, kuptohesh me tri fjali.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqesha t\u00eb shpjegoja se nga vjen diferenca, do t\u00eb thosha se nj\u00eb nga shkaqet \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne nuk njohim vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shqisave dhe trurit ton\u00eb racional, por edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet gjith\u00eb qenies son\u00eb, jet\u00ebs son\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontekst historik, q\u00eb figurativisht e identifikojm\u00eb edhe me fjal\u00ebn \u201cl\u00ebkur\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb refleksioni i par\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb erdhi duke lexuar \u201cR\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes\u201d. N\u00eb ndryshim nga shum\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, pa p\u00ebrjashtuar gazetar\u00eb e ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb rajonit, njohja e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve mbi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb kuptohet leht\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb koleksion idesh t\u00eb mbledhura n\u00eb tryeza kafenesh apo nga lexime t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, Vincent W.J. van Gerven Oei b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb nd\u00ebr ata per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ne shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb thithim p\u00ebrdit\u00eb \u201cdrog\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri\u201d kuptohemi menj\u00ebher\u00eb, pasi ai e ka provuar edhe vet\u00eb at\u00eb. Duke lexuar librin, ndihet se autori ka ecur me muaj e me vite n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, me k\u00ebmb\u00eb, me bi\u00e7iklet\u00eb, me makin\u00eb, duke takuar njer\u00ebz n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha vendet ku nj\u00eb shqiptari i q\u00ebllon t\u00eb takohet me nj\u00eb shqiptar, n\u00eb kafenera, n\u00eb pazare, n\u00eb zyra, n\u00eb gjykata, n\u00eb spitale, n\u00eb shkolla, n\u00eb WC-ra; me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, q\u00eb ka kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e vet morin\u00eb e p\u00ebrjetimeve q\u00eb prodhon jeta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb, duke mbajtur q\u00ebndrim, dhe, pas gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre, ka krijuar mendimin e vet p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Poende, sikurse del nga ky lib\u00ebr, autori jo vet\u00ebm e ka provuar \u201cdrog\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, duke e thithur at\u00eb mes shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme si botues, kurator dhe kritik arti, por ai e ka thithur at\u00eb duke e jetuar edhe si nj\u00eb qytetar intelektual i angazhuar, duke shprehur publikisht kritikat e tij e duke ngulmuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash, t\u00eb informohet gjithandej, shpesh edhe duke trokitur n\u00eb dyert e institucioneve shqiptare e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e duke polemizuar me pasion me ta p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigjet e shtrembra apo p\u00ebr heshtjet e q\u00ebllimta. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, ai ndryshon shum\u00eb nga ata intelektual\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb, p\u00ebrball\u00eb dyerve t\u00eb mbyllura t\u00eb institucioneve, kan\u00eb zgjedhur t\u2019i l\u00ebpijn\u00eb ato q\u00eb t\u2019u hapen, t\u00eb thon\u00eb \u201cKy vend nuk b\u00ebhet\u201d, e t\u00eb ikin p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar jet\u00ebn e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb emigracion, apo t\u00eb struken n\u00eb nj\u00eb emigracion t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm. Gjykoj se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb merit\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb qasje e ka edhe kultura e vendit prej nga vjen, Holanda. N\u00eb fakt, duke lexuar librin, kuptohet qart\u00eb se autori mbetet nj\u00eb i huaj per\u00ebndimor. Kuptohet ngase shkruan i distancuar nga klima e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve tejet konfliktuale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, nga ajo kultur\u00eb dominante mes nesh, ku racionalja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb at\u00eb mas\u00eb sa t\u00eb mund t\u00eb njoh\u00eb e kontrolloj\u00eb kafsh\u00ebt e inkoshientit; kuptohet nga distanca ndaj klim\u00ebs s\u00eb korruptimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga nj\u00ebri-tjetri n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet parave, miq\u00ebsive, tarafeve; kuptohet edhe sepse lexuesi, t\u00eb cilit ai i drejtohet, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm shqiptar, por edhe i huaj, pasi, si qytetar evropian, ai u k\u00ebrkon llogari institucioneve evropiane p\u00ebr abuzimet q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre, polemizon publikisht me ta, duke informuar k\u00ebsisoj bashk\u00eb taksapaguesit e tij.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr gjith\u00eb sa thash\u00eb deri k\u00ebtu, \u201cR\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr dy her\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebFATOS LUBONJA* sish\u00ebm, p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb huajt, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>NJ\u00cb TJET\u00cbR G\u00cbNJESHT\u00cbR E MADHE<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrshtypje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme mbi librin dua t\u00eb ndalem n\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas meje, \u00ebsht\u00eb tema qendrore e tij dhe ia rrit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb atij.<\/p>\n<p>Shkrova m\u00eb sip\u00ebr p\u00ebr v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb huajt p\u00ebr ta kuptuar \u201cdrog\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri\u201d kur nuk e kan\u00eb kaluar at\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet l\u00ebkur\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk dua t\u00eb them se \u00e7do shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje ta kuptoj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb meq\u00eb e ka jetuar at\u00eb, pra, se libri \u201cR\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes\u201d vlen m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti p\u00ebr t\u00eb huajt. Aq m\u00eb pak dua t\u00eb bie n\u00eb pozitat wokeiste t\u00eb disave q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb hedhin posht\u00eb historian\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm per\u00ebndimor\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb sotme q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Dihet se eksperienca nuk mund t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb njohje pa mendimin kritik, aft\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb analizuar, konceptualizuar. Po ashtu, dihet se shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, q\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb p\u00ebr gjysm\u00eb shekulli n\u00ebn diktatur\u00ebn e nj\u00eb \u201cg\u00ebnjeshtre t\u00eb madhe\u201d, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb mendimit kritik e vet\u00ebkritik kan\u00eb kultivuar kultur\u00ebn e manipulim-simulimit, si nevoj\u00eb\/m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mbijetese, e cila ka vazhduar t\u00eb dominoj\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 30 vjet\u00ebve. P\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e tyre, edhe pse e provojn\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb \u201cdrog\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, nuk arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb ngrihen p\u00ebrmbi t\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mendimit kritik, p\u00ebr ta kuptuar, shpjeguar, me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u vet\u00ebdijesuar dhe gjetur mjetet p\u00ebr ndryshimin e gjendjes s\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebrkundrazi, n\u00eb rreth vicioz, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbeten viktima t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh riprodhues t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Libri i Van Gerven Oei-t \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst sepse, n\u00eb thelbin e tij, ai merret me dekonstruktimin e mekanizmit t\u00eb ngritur nga pushteti i instaluar dhjet\u00eb vjet\u00ebt e fundit n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Edi Ram\u00ebs, i ashtuquajtur i Rilindjes, \u2013 n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrdorimit sa t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr aq edhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb spektaklit, \u2013 duke sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e shqiptar\u00ebve nga prangat e nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr g\u00ebnjeshtre t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb sundon sot jet\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>LIBRI SI TABLO DHE SI FILM<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u201cR\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes\u201d gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur n\u00eb lakime t\u00eb ndryshme termin \u201ctablo\u201d. Autori e merr dhe e rimerr at\u00eb duke iu referuar nj\u00eb th\u00ebnieje t\u00eb Kryeministrit Edi Rama: \u201cEdhe n\u00eb politik\u00eb un\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqem t\u00eb pikturoj mbi nj\u00eb kanavac\u00eb. P\u00ebrfytyroj se si e dua vendin tim t\u00eb jet\u00eb, si t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetohet, si e dua t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cR\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes\u201d merret pik\u00ebrisht me \u201cpikturimin\u201d e kanavac\u00ebs Shqip\u00ebri nga Edi Rama gjat\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7arit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tij si \u201cnumri nj\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb i piktor\u00ebve Kryeminist\u00ebr dhe numri nj\u00eb i kryeministrave piktor\u00eb\u201d \u2013 si\u00e7 i p\u00eblqen ta cil\u00ebsoj\u00eb veten n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim.<\/p>\n<p>Si p\u00ebrfundim, libri na paraqet nj\u00eb \u201ctablo\u201d t\u00eb \u201ctablos\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr pjes\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Art dhe propagand\u00eb<br \/>\n\u2013 Hap\u00ebsira publike dhe planifikimi urban<br \/>\n\u2013 Shqip\u00ebria dhe BE-ja<br \/>\n\u2013 Reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi<\/p>\n<p>Si mund t\u2019i vendosim vizualisht k\u00ebto t\u00eb katra po ta p\u00ebrfytyrojm\u00eb si tablo? Do t\u00eb thosha se i shkon m\u00eb mir\u00eb forma rrethore, ku n\u00eb qend\u00ebr duhet vendosur pjesa e par\u00eb \u2013 \u201cArti dhe propaganda\u201d \u2013 e rrethuar nga tri pjes\u00ebt e tjera. Kjo pasi pjes\u00ebn e par\u00eb e shoh si qendr\u00ebn gjeneruese t\u00eb tre t\u00eb tjerave, q\u00eb dep\u00ebrton n\u00ebp\u00ebr to duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb atyre edhe motivet, edhe ngjyrimet. Mund ta p\u00ebrfytyrojm\u00eb edhe si qendr\u00ebn e nj\u00eb sfere, rrotull s\u00eb cil\u00ebs mb\u00ebshtillen pjes\u00ebt e tjera. Por p\u00ebrdorimi i figur\u00ebs s\u00eb tablos\u00eb apo sfer\u00ebs nuk m\u00eb duket i mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrshkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr. M\u00eb duket m\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb kaloj n\u00eb kat\u00ebrdimensionalitetin kohor-hap\u00ebsinor t\u00eb filmit, duke i par\u00eb tekstet q\u00eb Van Gerven Oei ka shkruar p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe afro dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7are si sekuencat e nj\u00eb dokumentimi n\u00eb proces t\u00eb \u201cpikturimit\u201d t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga Edi Rama. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dokumentim, \u201ckamera\u201d e tij sillet v\u00ebrdall\u00eb vepr\u00ebs duke inkuadruar sa piktorin, penelat e palet\u00ebn ku trazon ngjyrat, edhe kanavac\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri, duke u afruar e larguar prej tyre e duke iu kthyer e rikthyer procesit nga k\u00ebnde t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb na tregohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb qart\u00eb duke ndjekur k\u00ebt\u00eb film \u00ebsht\u00eb se protagonisti i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb artist-politikan, por nj\u00eb iluzionistpolitikan. Kjo sepse Van Gerven Oei nuk na zbulon nj\u00eb tablo t\u00eb vetme, por dy t\u00eb tilla, t\u00eb pikturuara n\u00eb progres mbi t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn kanavac\u00eb: tablon\u00eb e shkat\u00ebrrimit e sh\u00ebmtimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cpikturon\u201d politikani me nj\u00ebr\u00ebn dor\u00eb, dhe tablon\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cpikturon\u201d iluzionisti, p\u00ebr ta maskuar k\u00ebt\u00eb, me dor\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr. Van Gerven Oei na tregon, pra, nj\u00eb kanavac\u00eb q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb pikturohet, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb u ngjet atyre kartave me loj\u00ebra iluzioniste, t\u00eb cilat, sipas k\u00ebndit nga i shohim, na japin dy pamje krejt t\u00eb ndryshme. P\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar truket e pikturimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kanavace, Van Gerven Oei p\u00ebrdor shpesh l\u00ebvizjen e kamer\u00ebs nga nj\u00ebri k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, ku duket sh\u00ebmtimi n\u00eb progres, n\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimin tjet\u00ebr, ku shfaqet maska mbuluese edhe ajo n\u00eb progres.<\/p>\n<p>DAMMI I COLORI<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00eb thuaj t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn Anri. M\u00eb thuaj q\u00eb nuk ekziston nj\u00eb qytet i till\u00eb. T\u00eb lutem m\u00eb thuaj q\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb ju keni nj\u00eb kryetar bashkie artist!\u201d. Me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb eksklamative t\u00eb artistit britanik Liam Gillick e hap miku dhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtori i Ram\u00ebs, artisti Anri Sala, filmin \u201cDammi i colori\u201d (jepm\u00eb ngjyrat), kushtuar projektit t\u00eb lyerjes ngjyra-ngjyra t\u00eb fasadave t\u00eb pallateve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, me t\u00eb cilin piktori kryebashkiak Edi Rama u lan\u00e7ua n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Nuk ka \u00e7el\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zb\u00ebrthyer loj\u00ebn e \u201cpikturimit\u201d t\u00eb kanavac\u00ebs iluzioniste Shqip\u00ebri sesa filmi i Sal\u00ebs. Madje, vet\u00eb pallatet sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si materiali i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i kanavac\u00ebs ku shohim trukun e iluzionistit n\u00eb veprim. Ky truk \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb: ai mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb fuqin\u00eb q\u00eb ka kamera dhe ekrani mbi njeriun e koh\u00ebs son\u00eb, i shnd\u00ebrruar gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb spektator, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ekziston vet\u00ebm ajo q\u00eb duket n\u00eb ekran. Pra, mjafton t\u00eb gjendet m\u00ebnyra q\u00eb spektatori t\u00eb shoh\u00eb vet\u00ebm dor\u00ebn e piktorit q\u00eb lyen fasadat dhe jo dor\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb politikanit q\u00eb hap prapa tyre, me ekskavator\u00eb t\u00eb zhurmsh\u00ebm, gropa themeli pallatesh korrupsioni, q\u00eb u marrin banor\u00ebve diellin, ajrin, gjelb\u00ebrimin dhe q\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore, shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb edhe kujtimet e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mjafton q\u00eb \u00e7do kamera, e kujtdo qoft\u00eb, t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb pozicionin q\u00eb ka zgjedhur e promovuar artisti i njohur Sala, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu shkat\u00ebrrimin dhe sh\u00ebmtimin n\u00eb mosekzistenc\u00eb. Dhe kjo arrihet leht\u00eb kur piktori \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh edhe kryebashkiaku. Pra, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb po ky ai q\u00eb firmos me dor\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr lejet e nd\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr oligark\u00ebt. Kuratori i njohur zviceran Hans Ulrich Obrist fillon e teorizon se n\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimin e k\u00ebtij artisti-politikan \u201carti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb nga politika, por ato t\u00eb dyja jan\u00eb zgjatime t\u00eb nj\u00ebratjetr\u00ebs\u201d. Vet\u00eb mesia i posadal\u00eb fillon t\u00eb sh\u00ebtis\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me filmin, duke i predikuar publikut per\u00ebndimor se arti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimi i nj\u00eb \u201cimpulsi politik\u201d, nj\u00eb \u201caksion politik me ngjyra\u201d, sepse, tek e fundit, a nuk synojn\u00eb arti dhe politika t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb: \u201cta b\u00ebjn\u00eb bot\u00ebn nj\u00eb vend m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d. Me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin entuziaz\u00ebm si dikur, ai tregon tani historin\u00eb e COD-it (Qendra p\u00ebr Hapje dhe Dialog), q\u00eb Kryeministri paska hapur n\u00eb katin e par\u00eb t\u00eb selis\u00eb trekat\u00ebshe kryeministrore, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ka edhe nj\u00eb galeri arti ku ekspozohen vepra artist\u00ebsh t\u00eb huaj dhe shqiptar\u00eb. Inaugurimi i saj ka p\u00ebrkuar me vizit\u00ebn e kancelares gjermane Merkel ,t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, s\u00eb bashku me Kryeministrin, e ka shoq\u00ebruar n\u00ebp\u00ebr sallat e ndryshme artisti Sala dhe artisti gjerman Thomas Demand. Shnd\u00ebrrimin e katit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb ekzekutivit n\u00eb galeri, Obrist-i e trajton si nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shenj\u00eb t\u00eb njeriut t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb ka mundur t\u00eb bashkoj\u00eb dy gj\u00ebra aq t\u00eb pabashkueshme si arti dhe politika, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu mir\u00eb njer\u00ebzve me t\u00eb dyja.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, Van Gerven Oei vazhdon edhe ai t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tij, duke \u201cfilmuar\u201d e \u201ctransmetuar\u201d me guxim pamjet e kanavac\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk i japin kamerat e Ram\u00ebs, pa u shqet\u00ebsuar se tashm\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb aq i fuqish\u00ebm sa, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 ekraneve per\u00ebndimore, ka kapur thuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb televizionet n\u00eb vend, madje ka krijuar edhe televizionin publik me emrin e tij, ERTV. Teksa komenton me ironi Obristin e mrekulluar, ai na tregon se si edhe vet\u00eb selia e Kryeministris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb fragment i kanavac\u00ebs iluzioniste. Sepse arti dhe dialogu q\u00eb shiten n\u00eb katin e par\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar shkat\u00ebrrimin, sh\u00ebmtimin e dhun\u00ebn q\u00eb prodhohet n\u00eb katet e sip\u00ebrme.<\/p>\n<p>Van Gerven Oei i fton Obristin me shok\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se po promovojn\u00eb si \u201cavangardist t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb\u201d llojin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq t\u00eb artist\u00ebve t\u00eb kultivuar n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme: ata q\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar p\u00ebrpara karrier\u00ebn e artistit, iu bashkuan regjimit jo vet\u00ebm me vepr\u00ebn, por edhe duke marr\u00eb funksione politike. I paralajm\u00ebron po ashtu se avangardisti i tyre i demokracis\u00eb po b\u00ebhet \u201cautokrati i radh\u00ebs n\u00eb Ballkan\u201d dhe iu paraqet pamjen e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb ka prodhuar n\u00eb kanavac\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri dora tjet\u00ebr e artistit politikan, ajo q\u00eb punon n\u00eb katin e tret\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj selie, \u201cku shfaqen peizazhe me plantacione hashashi, thesare arkeologjike t\u00eb mbuluara me beton, pasuri natyrore t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuara nga oligark\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime marramend\u00ebse, dhe portreti trondit\u00ebs i nj\u00eb sistemi politik q\u00eb po degradon\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, si\u00e7 na tregon m\u00eb tej n\u00eb faqet e librit Van Gerven Oei, kjo historia e per\u00ebndimor\u00ebve, q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb mbulimit t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb \u201ckanavac\u00ebs\u201d Shqip\u00ebri me nj\u00eb vello propagandistike, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb gabuarish q\u00eb duhen ndri\u00e7uar, por nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb korruptuarish q\u00eb duhen denoncuar. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta rastet n\u00eb lib\u00ebr q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se ashtu si\u00e7 ka korruptuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri politikan\u00eb, biznesmen\u00eb, jurist\u00eb, intelektual\u00eb, gazetar\u00eb, artist\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, duke u ofruar favoret q\u00eb ia mund\u00ebson pushteti, ashtu ka vepruar edhe me koleg\u00eb t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim.<\/p>\n<p>NJ\u00cb INTERVIST\u00cb E \u00c7UDITSHME E VITIT 2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJu lat\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e zymta t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruara nga lufta [si\u00e7!], t\u00eb lyheshin me ngjyra t\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb shpres\u00eb njer\u00ebzve\u201d. \u201cNe krijuam p\u00ebrshtypjen e rrall\u00eb se arti mund ta ndryshoj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb [\u2026] e besoni ende ju k\u00ebt\u00eb? A \u00ebsht\u00eb artisti v\u00ebrtet politikan m\u00eb i mir\u00eb?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Van Gerve Oei komenton n\u00eb \u201cR\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes\u201d edhe nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 2019 me nj\u00eb gazetare gjermane q\u00eb, si\u00e7 duket nga pyetja, e njeh mjaft mir\u00eb figur\u00ebn e promovuar n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim t\u00eb politikanit artist, por, vini re, e njeh aq pak Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, sa pandeh se ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArti nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb shum\u00eb, \u2013 i p\u00ebrgjigjet heroi i Obrist-it, \u2013 madje mund t\u00eb shkoja edhe m\u00eb tej dhe t\u00eb thosha: asgj\u00eb fare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPo, a kan\u00eb funksion sociopolitik veprat e artit?\u201d, ngulmon gazetarja, q\u00eb u referohet deklarimeve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme se arti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201caksion politik me ngjyra\u201d, apo pohimeve t\u00eb Obrist-it se tek ai \u201carti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb nga politika, por t\u00eb dyja jan\u00eb zgjatime t\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJo. Artist\u00ebve arti thjesht u ofron nj\u00eb bot\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Je n\u00eb tjet\u00ebr gjendje, p\u00ebrjeton leht\u00ebsim. T\u00eb krijosh art do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb jetosh n\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht t\u00eb kesh edhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebtosh te nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr pa l\u00ebvizur fare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Van Gerve Oeit ky pohim sikur i del jasht\u00eb kuadrit t\u00eb kanavac\u00ebs me dy pamje q\u00eb ka filmuar deri tani. \u00c7far\u00eb ka ndodhur? Politikani i paraqitur e vet\u00ebparaqitur si njeriu q\u00eb e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb artin n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb politik\u00ebs po thot\u00eb se arti i tij qenka nj\u00eb lloj droge q\u00eb e ndihmoka t\u00eb arratiset nga politika. Mos vall\u00eb ka filluar t\u00eb reflektoj\u00eb se pushteti politik, duke e zhytur \u201cn\u00eb korrupsion, nepotiz\u00ebm dhe krim\u201d, i ka \u00e7uar d\u00ebm \u201cvokacionin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d? \u2013 shtron pyetjen Van Gerve Oei \u2013 pa u kuptuar qart\u00eb n\u00ebse e thot\u00eb ironikisht apo duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb at\u00eb th\u00ebnien se shpresa vdes e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb mos shtrosh pyetjen: cili \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cvokacioni i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d, burimi primar i mendimeve dhe veprimeve t\u00eb artistit q\u00eb u b\u00eb pushtetar, \u2013 n\u00ebse mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb motivim dominant, t\u00eb pandryshuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njeriut? P\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur pyetjes duhet t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb se ai ka shpallur tri q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb ndryshme mbi raportin e artit me pushtetin politik. Nj\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur sulmonte artist\u00ebt e intelektual\u00ebt q\u00eb i kishin sh\u00ebrbyer dhe vazhdonin t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbenin pushtetit politik, duke predikuar se intelektuali i p\u00ebrket asaj pakice \u201cq\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn\u201d, ndryshe nga pushtetari q\u00eb \u201ck\u00ebrkon vot\u00ebn\u201d e shumic\u00ebs; nj\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, kur u b\u00eb vet\u00eb mbledh\u00ebs votash t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs dhe predikonte, me ndihm\u00ebn e Sal\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb e Obrist\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj, se artisti dhe pushtetari qen\u00eb tek ai dy duar q\u00eb punonin s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb njeriu dhe nj\u00eb bote m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb; s\u00eb fundmi k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb tretin, q\u00eb i trajton pun\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre duarve si t\u00eb ndara nga nj\u00ebra-tjetra, si rrug\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb dy bot\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>A duhet t\u2019i trajtojm\u00eb k\u00ebto pohime si tri faza t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb artistit politikan, apo si tri maska t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit vokacion, atij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetit? P\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje na ndihmon Mark Twain-i, i cili, duke pasur parasysh njer\u00ebz si vetja, shkrimtar\u00eb, artist\u00eb, intelektual\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cKur e gjen veten n\u00eb an\u00ebn e shumic\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb koha t\u00eb reformohesh (ose t\u00eb ndal\u00ebsh t\u00eb reflektosh)\u201d. E, pra, artistin ton\u00eb t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, qysh kur hyri n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb votave t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs, nuk e kemi par\u00eb asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast t\u00eb ndalet e t\u00eb reflektoj\u00eb, por, si\u00e7 na e p\u00ebrshkruan edhe R\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes, vet\u00ebm t\u00eb rend\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar me \u00e7do kusht dhe me \u00e7do mjet shumic\u00ebn rreth tij. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb duke ulur diskursin intelektual gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb posht\u00eb, duke bashk\u00ebpunuar me t\u00eb keqen, deri krimin e organizuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur t\u00eb gjitha pushtetet, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht mediat, drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, duke korruptuar biznesmen\u00eb, intelektual\u00eb, artist\u00eb dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb famshmit per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrdorur ata n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr asgj\u00ebsimin e opozit\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb \u00e7do pakice q\u00eb nuk i n\u00ebnshtrohet shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. N\u00eb fakt, po ta shoh\u00ebsh, arti i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se ornament i mureve t\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, nj\u00eb festim i pushtetit t\u00eb tij politik, pjes\u00eb e kanavac\u00ebs iluzioniste q\u00eb sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar shkat\u00ebrrimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Dhe se \u00e7far\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimi ka p\u00ebsuar kjo kanavac\u00eb, mbi t\u00eb gjitha njeriu dhe indi social ku ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb, e tregon nj\u00eb anketim i kryer n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e kulmit t\u00eb pushteti t\u00eb tij (2017-2022) nga The European Values Study (EVS) dhe World Values Survay (WVS), q\u00eb u kan\u00eb drejtuar njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb vendeve evropiane pyetjen: \u201cSi mendoni, a duhet t\u2019u besojm\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve?\u201d. Shqip\u00ebria e artistit politikan q\u00eb ka nj\u00ebzet vjet q\u00eb punon me t\u00eb dy duart p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb rezulton e fundit me vet\u00ebm 2.8%, \u2013 shif\u00ebr alarmante, po ta krahasosh me shifrat e vendeve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb kryesohen nga Danimarka dhe Norvegjia me mbi 70%.<\/p>\n<p>SHQIP\u00cbRIA SI E ARDHMJA E EVROP\u00cbS<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebt q\u00eb po lexoja \u201cR\u00ebnia e s\u00eb ardhmes\u201d, me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar k\u00ebt\u00eb parath\u00ebnie, m\u00eb erdhi nj\u00eb thirrje nga Londra. Ishte fundi i vitit 2022, kur ministrja e Brendshme britanike sapo kishte ngritur alarmin se n\u00eb Britanin\u00eb e Madhe kishin zbarkuar ilegalisht, duke lundruar me gomone n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kale, mbi 12.000 shqiptar\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishin t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb rekrutuar nga bandat e trafikant\u00ebve t\u00eb drog\u00ebs q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb Britani. M\u00eb k\u00ebrkuan t\u2019u shpjegoj se pse Shqip\u00ebria, q\u00eb reklamohet nga disa \u201cnjoh\u00ebs\u201d mediatik\u00eb n\u00eb Britani si nj\u00eb histori suksesi, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht tani q\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet nga nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr artist, braktiset nga shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb atill\u00eb sikur t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb. Dhe pse kaq shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj merren me krim?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb erdhi t\u2019u jap p\u00ebrgjigjen, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kam filluar k\u00ebt\u00eb tekst: se duhet t\u00eb vijn\u00eb ta provojn\u00eb \u201cdrog\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri\u201d p\u00ebr ta kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb i shtyn njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb ikin. Gjat\u00eb bised\u00ebs mbi shkaqet e k\u00ebsaj r\u00ebnieje m\u00eb erdhi t\u2019u rreshtoj emrat e per\u00ebndimor\u00ebve t\u00eb shquar q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb librin e Van Gerven Oeit \u2013 artist\u00eb e kurator\u00eb t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhen n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn \u201cArt dhe propagand\u00eb\u201d, arkitekt\u00eb t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb \u201cHap\u00ebsira publike dhe planifikimi urban\u201d, politikan\u00eb, diplomat\u00eb, ambasador\u00eb, ekspert\u00eb rangjesh t\u00eb larta q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhen n\u00eb \u201cShqip\u00ebria dhe BE-ja\u201d dhe \u201cReforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi\u201d \u2013 e t\u2019u them se ndoshta duhet t\u00eb pyesnin k\u00ebta. Por nuk e zgjata, jo thjesht p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje kohe, por ngase p\u00ebrvoja m\u00eb ka m\u00ebsuar se nganj\u00ebher\u00eb, p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb provuar \u201cdrog\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, por p\u00ebrkundrazi jan\u00eb dendur me propagand\u00eb, e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e pabesueshme sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mos ua thuash, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos mendojn\u00eb se je duke shpifur nga smira apo ndonj\u00eb \u00e7rregullim mendor. U p\u00ebrmenda vet\u00ebm Tony Blair-in dhe Alastair Campbellin, k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e Kryeministrit Rama \u00e7\u2019prej vitit 2013, si dhe ndonj\u00eb gazet\u00eb britanike q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrshkruar Tiran\u00ebn e mbytur nga grata\u00e7ielat e pastrimit t\u00eb parave t\u00eb drog\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb korrupsionit, si \u201cmiq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tekst t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr nuk mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrmend e komentoj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt e Van Gerven Oei-t, e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale, kan\u00eb kontribuuar n\u00eb pikturimin e g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs q\u00eb mbulon shkat\u00ebrrimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb vendin e shqiponjave ilustrimin m\u00eb ekstrem t\u00eb profecis\u00eb s\u00eb Guy Debord-it: \u201cN\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem, iluzioni me format e tij spektakolare arrin deri atje sa t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebroj\u00eb ndaj realitetit, kjo tregon se i gjith\u00eb rendi social \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb legjitimiteti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi, nuk mund t\u00eb rri pa v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se numri i madh dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e k\u00ebtyre personazheve flet p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka q\u00eb i kap\u00ebrcen dimensionet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb: p\u00ebr at\u00eb se n\u00eb \u201ckriz\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb legjitimiteti \u00ebsht\u00eb i gjith\u00eb sistemi per\u00ebndimor\u201d.
