Duku u ndalur te Kuvendi i PD-s\u00eb zyrtare dhe ndryshimet n\u00eb statut, Salianji tha se nuk mundet kur\u00ebsesi q\u00eb pakica t\u2019i imponohet shumic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Ai theksoi se tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb cili \u00ebsht\u00eb grupi q\u00eb ka shumic\u00ebn brenda t\u00eb djatht\u00ebs dhe theksoi se Lulzim Basha dhe grupimi i tij mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb tjera q\u00ebndrime n\u00eb raport me pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, por ata nuk mund t\u2019i imponohen pasi jan\u00eb n\u00eb minoranc\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb institucionet e partis\u00eb ka nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr diskutim dhe nj\u00eb lloj tjet\u00ebr vendimmarrje, \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb q\u00eb grupet parlamentare funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb rregulloreve t\u00eb tyre po baz\u00ebn kan\u00eb hierarkin\u00eb e normave dhe rregulloren e Kuvendit dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e diskutuar.
