\u201cUn\u00eb personalisht i urrej loj\u00ebrat e fatit dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kam tentuar t\u00eb provoj fatin n\u00eb to, por legalizimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm pavar\u00ebsisht nga pik\u00ebpyetjet, p\u00ebr shkall\u00ebn e performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb administrat\u00ebs publike, ne jemi n\u00eb kushte ku 100% e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb informale.<\/p>\n
