Ky indeks ra me 5.9% n\u00eb terma real\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Indeksi i qiras\u00eb vijoi prirjen rrit\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb tretin tremujor. Ai u rrit me 6.3% n\u00eb terma real\u00eb vjetor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dinamika e ndryshme e dy indekseve rezultoi n\u00eb ulje t\u00eb raportit \u00e7mim\/qira n\u00eb tremujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Burimet nga tregu pohojn\u00eb se r\u00ebnia e \u00e7mimit lidhet mbi nj\u00eb mbiofert\u00eb banesash t\u00eb reja n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtimi i banesave t\u00eb reja po lul\u00ebzon masivisht n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Laprak\u00ebs, n\u00eb zon\u00ebn\u00a0 Siri Kodra, Rrug\u00ebn 5 maji\u00a0 dhe n\u00eb Kodr\u00ebn e Priftit, teksa jan\u00eb shpallur planet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e kullave shum\u00ebkat\u00ebshe n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtuesit pohojn\u00eb se q\u00eb tani tregu ka mbiofert\u00eb\u00a0 dhe duke ndjer\u00eb rrezikun e nj\u00eb flluske disa ka nisur t\u00eb ulin \u00e7mimet. Nj\u00eb kompleks n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn 5 maji\u00a0 q\u00eb n\u00eb dhjetor 2016\u00a0 kushtonte 800 euro metri katror, dje\u00a0 punonj\u00ebsit e tij pohuan se mund te blesh edhe me 700 euro metrin madje po t\u00eb negociosh me para n\u00eb dor\u00eb \u00e7mimi ul\u00ebt edhe m\u00eb tej.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7mimet u ulen, shpjeguan m\u00eb tej punonj\u00ebsit, pasi pak m\u00eb sip\u00ebr ish maganizat frigoriferike jan\u00eb sheshuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb kompleks t\u00eb ri.
