\u201cNga hetimet disa javore t\u00eb ndjekura nga Seksioni kund\u00ebr krimit ekonomik dhe Prokuroria e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Lezh\u00eb pas informacioneve t\u00eb siguruara n\u00eb rrug\u00eb policore, u b\u00eb realizimi i operacionit \u201cFake grains\u201d me arrestimin e shtetasve A.N. vje\u00e7 50 dhe E.B. vje\u00e7 34, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.\u00a0K\u00ebta shtetas n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, u kap\u00ebn n\u00eb mjetin e tyre me nje sasi artikujsh p\u00ebr t\u2019i tregtuar n\u00eb lokalet e qytetit t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs\u201d- njofton policia.<\/p>\n
Sipas policis\u00eb, malli i bllokuar dyshohet pa asnj\u00eb dokument shoq\u00ebrimi apo fatur\u00eb tatimore, me vula e stampa t\u00eb falsifikuara, pasi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tregtimit t\u00eb asaj marke e ka nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri tjet\u00ebr tregtare e regjistruar.<\/p>\n
Veprat penale q\u00eb akuzohen jan\u00eb: \u201cShkelje e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb industriale\u201d, \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d, \u201cProdhim i kundraligjsh\u00ebm i artikujve dhe mallrave industrial\u00eb e ushqimor\u00eb\u201d, \u201cManipulin i tregut\u201d dhe \u201cFalsifikim i vulave e stampave\u201d.<\/p>\n
