Pas k\u00ebsaj, Prokuroria e Apelit t\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda mbeti me vet\u00ebm dy prokuror\u00eb, Bujar Sheshin dhe Artan Bajramin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;background: white;vertical-align: baseline;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 12.0pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Zoti Sheshi u zgjodh n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb (KLP) n\u00eb dhjetor 2018, ndaj ai nuk mund t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e prokurorit pran\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Prokurorie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;background: white;vertical-align: baseline;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 12.0pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, sipas ligjit, kjo prokurori apeli ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb ankimohen nga Shkalla e par\u00eb e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;background: white;vertical-align: baseline;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 12.0pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Me largimin e Artan Bajramit, \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb do t\u00eb ankimohen nga shkalla e par\u00eb, do t\u00eb mbeten pa u shqyrtuar, pasi apeli nuk ka prokuror\u00ebve. Gjithashtu, edhe vendimet e dh\u00ebna deri m\u00eb tani nga Gjykata e Apelit t\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7ohen n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;background: white;vertical-align: baseline;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 12.0pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Prokuroria e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, me shkall\u00ebn e par\u00eb dhe t\u00eb apelit, do t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet nga Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me Kund\u00ebr Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar dhe Korrupsionit (SPAK). KLP shtyu afatin e aplikimeve p\u00ebr n\u00eb SPAK, si rezultat i numrit t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve. Sipas KLP, SPAK pritet t\u00eb ngrihet n\u00eb qershor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;background: white;vertical-align: baseline;text-align: start;margin: 0in 0in 12.0pt 0in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Pra, s\u00eb paku p\u00ebr pes\u00eb muaj, Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb jet\u00eb pa Prokurori Apeli t\u00eb Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda dhe pa SPAK.
