Puna p\u00ebr eliminimin e rr\u00ebshqitjes nisi n\u00eb Shtator 2018 pas miratimit t\u00eb projektit teknik nga ARRSH\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa rr\u00ebshqitjet ndodh\u00ebn n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb Dhjetorit 2017 n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi\u00a0 i Autostrad\u00ebs Tiran\u00eb-Elbasan ka nisur\u00a0 m\u00eb 29 prill t\u00eb vitit 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo autostrad\u00eb pas\u00a0 \u201cRrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombit\u201d,\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb vepra e dyt\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe publike n\u00eb historin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre lloj autostradave\u00a0 n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Aktualisht segmenti q\u00eb lidh kryeqytetin me Elbasanin \u00ebsht\u00eb 31 kilometra rrug\u00eb dhe e ka shkurtuar koh\u00ebn krahasuar me rrug\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr nga Qaf\u00eb K\u00ebrraba me 50 minuta .<\/p>\n<p>Kjo autostrad\u00eb ka\u00a0 4 korsi, 7 mbikalime dhe 4 n\u00ebnkalime. Fillimisht ishte parashikuar q\u00eb autostrada t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte brenda vitin 2014 por gjat\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit, projekti rezultoi me probleme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rr\u00ebshkitjes s\u00eb dheut n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb me gjat\u00ebsi 4 kilometra rreth Ib\u00ebs dhe Mulletit ku punimet jan\u00eb drejt p\u00ebrfundimit.<\/p>\n<p>Kap\u00ebrcimi i kostos mbi vler\u00ebn fillestare t\u00eb tenderuar dhe problemet financiare t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuese e zvarrit\u00ebn nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 3 vite.
