A shooting death shocked Vlora yesterday evening. Gëzim Sinemati, 22, was executed inside the apartment on the third floor in the “Hajro Çakërri” neighborhood.
He was allegedly shot with a sniper by as yet unidentified persons. As a result of the impact, the 22-year-old man died on the spot. The murder happened around 22:00, while the investigators immediately went to the scene.
They collected the first evidence and seized the security cameras around the area. They also received the testimonies of the victim’s relatives while they are conducting checks in all the buildings to find out the place from where the killers opened fire.
The 22-year-old had recently returned from Belgium to the coastal city to spend the holidays with his relatives. The cause of his murder is still unknown, while preliminary investigators are linking the incident to the clash between criminal groups. Earlier, explosives were planted in his uncle’s car.
Meanwhile, Renea’s special forces, as well as the National Security Forces and Delta Force, went to help the blue uniforms.
