Prime Minister Edi Rama sent President Bajram Begaj the decree for the appointment of Blendi Gonxhe as a minister, even merging three ministries into one just for him, that of Economy, Culture and Innovation.
The former minister, Ylli Manjani, says that the union of the economy with culture and innovation means that the ministry of concessions has been created.
Manjani says that Rama entered politics with Gonxhen and will leave with Goxhen.
In his reaction on FB, Manjani says that this decree enters into force immediately and further adds that it is in vain that President Bajram Begaj acts as if the full proposal did not go through.
