The Albanian Road Authority issued an announcement regarding the condition of the roads in the country due to bad weather.
Thus, according to ARRSH, in the mountain axis Vaudejes-Pukë-Kukës, Ura e Čereneci-Bulqizë there are many snowfalls, where in Qafë Mali they reach a thickness of 40-50cm.
“We are working on the ground with 4 snowplows, traffic is carried out with difficulty and with care, especially in the Fierze-Qafë Shllak segment as there is a strong wind that spreads the snow from the embankment to the road, bringing with it the presence of avalanches, which makes the work of the snowplows difficult “, it is stated in the announcement of the ARRSH.
It is recommended to use chains and to avoid these axles by drivers until the situation calms down.
