Ervin Salianji said that this is his last day in freedom for a year, but he emphasized that despite this, he has gathered all the evidence to submit to SPAK the complaint against Fatmir Xhafajn.
“Despite the fact that it is my last day in freedom, I have collected all the evidence to deposit in SPAK”, said Salianji.
He said that the focus today should be on the capture of justice, the subjugation of independent institutions and the end”.
When asked if he had contact with Lulzim Basha, Ervin Salianji answered:
“This is the first conviction in 34 years of a politician for agitation and propaganda. It is a battle done in the word, so there is no report. I had communication with all the main opposition politicians. Everyone has expressed solidarity, regardless of the attitudes we have had. Even MPs who are not officially in the DP have taken a stand. I have not seen anyone, except here, who would not comment on the decisions of the courts, but when he is interested, he comments on them”, said Salianji.
