Arlind Qori, head of “Lëvizja Bashke”, was invited to the show “Te Paespozuarit” on MCN TV, where he stated that he has no plans to form a coalition with other parties, including the parties of Endri Shabani and Adriatik Lapaj.
Qori said that what separates the Together Movement from these parties is the oligarchy and the fact that the oligarchs are not denounced by force, as the party he leads does.
“New parties are created here every two weeks. Parties of people who come out of other parties. One party comes out and then asks everyone for cooperation for a coalition, and after two weeks they insult everyone. The situation is ridiculous, catastrophic.
The United Movement has several criteria that make it impossible for us to cooperate with those parties that have governed Albania, or have emerged from the parties that have governed Albania.
When it comes to the parties you mentioned (Nisma Thurje and Albania Bëhet), here we have two problems, one is a little more superficial, I am a little skeptical about people who want to cooperate with me and Basha, or Alibeaj.
The other one has to do with the attitude towards the economic oligarchy. Either we highlight the problem in its entirety, or it makes no sense to deal with Rama and Berisha and not with those who finance them and who steal from Mr. Rama and Mr. Berisha. Doing what the Together movement does has risks, the most obvious being exclusion from the media. We bear the cost of this. I haven’t received an invitation from Top Channel, Klan, ABC for over a year.
In the media in Albania, 300-400 people are invited every day, how is it possible that there is no place for the representatives of the United Movement?
This has to do with our attitude towards economic and political oligarchy. If you speak with a quarter of your voice to them, you are either afraid of them, or you want to make a deal with them. A man who loves my hand cannot keep his other hand in reserve for Samir Manen, Shefqet Kastrati, Rama, Basha, etc. I do not believe at the moment that other parties have this kind of consequence. Until now, I don’t see a worthy partner to go forward”, said Qori.
