The former leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha has declared that they will appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal, which gave the seal to Sali Berisha.
Basha further said that they will enter the elections as PDSH and that this is his battle.
“Albanians will have their alternative. The appeal is made because there is a deep professional and legal conviction that the decision of June 11 is unfair. We will appeal. In any case, the Albanians will have their alternative.
We will enter the elections. PDSH will return to where it should be and the country of PDSH is with the values it was born. DP cannot be against SPAK, against strategic allies. Our first battle is that, through the DPSH recourse, it returns to the Democrats to fight a battle
Berisha is not the solution to remove Rama. In fact, it is Rama’s only asset in the election.
Our position today is that through a recursion we will demand that the DPSH return to the values. In any case, our alternative will be in the elections”, said Basha.
