It’s been six months since SPAK has isolated the leader of the opposition, Sali Berisha, under house arrest. From that time until today, the prosecutors have called the Doctor only once for investigation! They simply communicated that “it is under investigation”, with the suspicion of passive corruption. The argument they brought is completely absurd. The “active” corrupt person was his son-in-law. The investigation methodology is also absurd. Corruption due to a law of parliament for the return of properties!
But I don’t want to stop at this part. Since Berisha is a person under investigation, why is he not being investigated? That’s the question! For almost six months, he was not called to the SPAK investigation, except once. During this time there is no new development in the anti-Berisha process?! If not, then why is he under investigation and under arrest?! It has never happened that a person under investigation is arrested! It does not happen that the independent judiciary arrests a person, even if it is simple and without any function, because he is declared under investigation. This was the practice of Aran Çela’s investigation during the dictatorship. The then principle “put him in prison once and then find the evidence” is being applied today to the head of the opposition in Albania. And Altin Dumani boasts of this practice!
However, I have an explanation. The investigating prosecutors are scared and at the same time castrated. They are afraid to enter the oak tree and to come down from it. If they call Sali Berisha, they are not the ones making accusations or investigations. It is Berisha who puts forward accusations and evidence and facts about the violations of the law that these prosecutors commit in the process against the leader of the opposition. Unable to find evidence and facts, SPAK prosecutors, by political order, neither release the Doctor nor investigate him. They just want to carry out a practice they are commanded to do. This precedent has never happened in the history of any democracy in the world, no matter how hard that democracy has been.
But this also happens in Albania. The opposition leader is being held in solitary confinement without charge. It is said that it is under investigation and is not being investigated. And all this simply to denigrate and destroy the Albanian opposition. It was Berisha who, a decade ago, described the Rilindash government as a narco-state. Today we have come to the moment when all the skeptics of that time affirm this accusation with their mouths full. While SPAK justice, instead of investigating the narco-state and its creator and director, the prime minister of Albania, pretends to investigate the former prime minister and former president of Albania, precisely because of the fact that he was the first with the courage of a ” get it” the government of this country gave it the name it has!
Do not wait for Sali Berisha to be investigated. Don’t even call SPAK anymore. They don’t even bring it up in any court session. If this happens, then Sali Berisha will not be tried, but it is the latter who will try the narco-state and its section called SPAK. Everything created and financed by Soros, including SPAK, is part of the narco-state. Who has illusions, and if this illusionist belongs to the opposition, he should keep these illusions to himself. At least don’t prevent the overthrow of the narco-state!
