It is learned that they have been notified to vacate their homes because the building, according to the reviews made, is at the DS4 level of damage. During the protest, the residents also met with the deputy mayor of Durrës, Elio Jani, who said that the construction was in the best interest of the citizens, since the building had damaged columns. According to him, their adjustment would take three months and then the citizens would return safely to their homes.
